I found this Honda CRV that was priced good enough for me to buy, so I went in and enquired about it. I bought this vehicle on the 3rd visit as I had to try to do a trade-in for my old car that did not work, to buy, so I went in and enquired about it. I bought this vehicle on the 3rd visit as I had to try to do a trade-in for my old car that did not work, and I ended up selling the car outside. When I went to buy the car, I was told that the price was put in by mistake but I would still get the price, but they refused to honor a Internet coupon (that came up on my mobile phone saying " Show this to your salesman and get $250 off the internet price") I bought this car at the internet price that I had seen the first time, but the manager was rude and refused to apply the $250 coupon. I still bought the car as I liked it. I got only one set of keys when I bought the car. Now I found from the Honda dealer that the 2011 CRV comes with 2 sets of keys but I was told that this car came with only one key and this is a great inconvenience for me as we have 2 drivers. The new key costs money that is additional expense for me. I am expecting the Coggin Toyota to atleast get me the 2nd set of keys or buy me the replacement keys for my car from Honda, as they refused to accept an internet coupon that clearly said that I could apply it to any car off the internet price. I hope a big dealership like Coggin Toyota will not disappoint me and get me the additional set of keys for my Honda CRV. More

Great service overall. Only problem out of the whole deal was that I found out it was a V6 instead of a V8. I am happy with the truck as far color, options and size. Very satisfied with my car itself. However, I did not receive car mats and the passenger side hubcap was scratched and I was told they could not replace it because of the great deal I received on the car receive car mats and the passenger side hubcap was scratched and I was told they could not replace it because of the great deal I received on the car. My buyers order said it was $14,351 and when we signed the contract it jumped all the way to $20,000. I was told I was getting a service package for free which was incorrect according to the contract. Still a little confused and still waiting on a payoff on my trade in. I would recommend coggin Toyota for the fact that it was an easy negotiation and friendly service. More

I'm 63 years old and I've purchased many cars, but this is the fist time i've ever been completely satisfied with the process of buying a new car. The process was fast, efficient and, from my point of vie is the fist time i've ever been completely satisfied with the process of buying a new car. The process was fast, efficient and, from my point of view, fair and straight-forward. Mr. Seedorf is casual and seemingly laid-back but really, really knows his product. I never once got the impression he was attempting to "wring another dollar" from me or mislead me; unusual behavior in a car salesman. Great experience and my wife loves her new 4Runner.
