I had come to this dealership before and they scratched my rim with the gun used to take off the tire. I came back for another tire rotation and told them my concerns. I was sitting outside in the service bay on the ground ( too noisy to sit inside, plus it was cold and I wanted to sit in the sun) I saw some guy walking up to me Ad he kneeled down next to me and said " I'm the guy working on your car, I promise I'll do everything by hand and be very careful" and I thought that was the sweetest thing ever. Awesome people here. More

It took several hours, but with Greg Alderman's kind and patient ways of dealing with us as customers, we ended up buying a car. We got more than we expected to buy, for a price that was acceptable to us. Josh was friendly, helpful, eager, etc. I have never heard negative things about this dealership and now I know why! More
I have not purchased many new cars/trucks, and generally my buying experience at the dealerships left me feeling like I need a shower. This is NOT the case here at Coggin Toyota. Let me explain the process I went through and why I am taking the time to write a review. 1. I researched what I wanted on-line, discussed with my wife her wants in a vehicle. 2. We made a decision that we wanted a Tacoma Double-Cab Pre-runner. 3. We wanted the base model Pre-Runner and had a set price. I was contacted by Bill on the phone. I told him that I wanted XX for my trade-in as I have the exact KBB value, and know my payoff. I pregave him the Vin Number and let him know our credit rating approximation. I also told him, that my wife and I will not sit down for hours negotiating, either it is a good offer that needs a bit of tweaking, or we will just explore other offers. I also asked that Bill have these vehicles ready for showing when we got there at our appointment. Let me tell you what, the salesman Bill listened to us clearly. He had all of the information we needed ready. We did not sit down and fill out a ton of paperwork, instead he took us right to the truck. We test drove the vehicle, and it ran perfectly, had even more features than I originally looked for, and the price was on par with our needs. We sat down and told him we were interested and to get us an offer. He came back and brought us numbers almost EXACTLY as I thought they should be. I could not believe it. I am sure I could have knocked him down a little more, but I knew that the offer was pretty much the best up front offer I have ever seen. I told him, those are the numbers we worked out at home, the interest rate was what we expected, and the price was actually 1000.00 less than our expectations. We signed. This whole process took less than 2 hours from start to finish. Bravo! All other dealerships (in particular Jacksonville, Chrysler Jeep Dodge) needs a lesson in how to treat customers. More
I had previously purchased a new Sienna last year and recently returned to the dealership to "look". Upon my arrival I was enthustically greeted by my previous saleman, A.K. Bhatia, who not only remember recently returned to the dealership to "look". Upon my arrival I was enthustically greeted by my previous saleman, A.K. Bhatia, who not only remembered my name but details from a year ago that we had discussed. After finding a car on the lot, I had the same great experience and amazing service from New Car Director, Greg Alderman. I did leave with a new Sienna but most amazing was how I was treated. It felt like I was doing business with friends and I can't recommend this dealership enough. This will be the first and only dealership I go to in the future. Thanks A.K., Greg and Coggin!!!!! More
