This is my 3rd new car purchase from Coggin Toyota in the past 5 years. I find the experience both rewarding and stress free! You actually feel like family when dealing with the dealership. In particular Greg Alderman has been extremely helpful on the last 2 purchases. I feel like Greg has my best interest in mind in balance with the dealership's business interest as well. Bill Grondzik has also been very helpful over the years. I pass on to family and friends that Coggin Toyota is the place to go if you want to buy a vehicle at a great price and to also be treated with respect and friendliness! I drive a fair distance to buy from Coggin Toyota and actually pass by other Toyota dealerships that I have felt very uncomfortable with in the past. I spent almost an entire month looking for a very specific vehicle. After feeling jerked around by a few local dealerships, I decided to expand my search nationwide. It was on eBay (of all places) th specific vehicle. After feeling jerked around by a few local dealerships, I decided to expand my search nationwide. It was on eBay (of all places) that I discovered Coggin Toyota. I received prompt replies from Juan, the internet sales manager, after sending a couple of inquiries. He and the Used Sales Manager, Jeff, spent a good amount of time with me over the phone trying to work things out. By the end of that same day, I decided to pull the trigger on a car I had never seen in person... I was a bit nervous. Having already been approved for financing through my own bank, Coggin Toyota was able to match (AND BEAT) my already very good interest rate. Several days later, I flew into FL take delivery of the car. Christine, the finance manager, worked quickly and efficiently to prepare my paperwork and set me on my way. A hiccup came when uneven tire tread led to loud and uncomfortable driving on the highway. I, naturally, became immediately concerned about the entire transaction, and promptly called the dealership to express my concern. They seemed genuinely intent to resolve the matter, and within another 24 hours, Coggin Toyota made accommodations for the inconvenience. We all know that I bought that car "as is", but they did the right thing anyway. The bottom line: I live in Minnesota, and bought a car in Florida. I flew myself and a friend down, and STILL saved enough money to justify the trip. And to top it off, the staff at Coggin Toyota went the extra mile to keep me a happy customer. Despite the distance, I'd consider buying from them again... maybe next time I can enjoy the beach for a while! Thank you all! More

I feel very screwed. I went in looking for a great car for my money and walked out with a VERY basic car with no upgrades. The upgrade promised has yet to be installed after a month. The paint is chipping off the spoiler of the NEW car and I feel very disappointed at this point. When I got there, the original sales guy (Nick) dumped me off to Britt, because he said he had a date for dinner with his girlfriend...seriously? Anyhow, I set out to receive a car with the convenience package and possibly a navigation package, but settled for the convenience package,so I thought. Instead, he sold me some mirror back up camera that I still haven't seen. I rated the price as BAD since the upgrade promised has not been delivered as of yet. More

Yall dont have enough cars there, so I kind of cant say I can send people there to look at new cars. maybe used cars. I felt like I should have gotten WAY More for my 2005 prius. for sure. I just cant stand to deal with dealership negotiations. The only thing wrong with my car was some ac problems and new tires an seats being cleaned up. The car was perfect. I bet you sell that car for $12,000 or more. And, I should have gotten money back for not using the protection plan the one I bought for my last car. Thats what the guy told me. but then he just failed to look it up becuase I didnt have my paperwork. I have it someplace at home. ANyway, its a nice car, its what I want. I like the guy who I talked to that helped me that I called. He was the nicest guy. THe funny guy helping me with the financial stuff - he is a hoot. I LOVE LOVE LOVE your service department and I said it that day and Ill say it again, thats why I bought my car there. Thats the only reason. I dont think yall break your neck to give people (Repeat customers I might add) a good deal. I wouldn't say that. I made the choice to go there for the repair department. Service manager Lee told me to take my BRAND NEW VEHICLE elsewhere & that if I did bring in it would not get be service!..I had gone in to let them know that I didn't want a certain employee near my veh elsewhere & that if I did bring in it would not get be service!..I had gone in to let them know that I didn't want a certain employee near my vehicle due to prior HUGE MISHAPS on my husband's Toyota vehicle also!(air filter & cover was not put back on, We didn't realized it until a month & a half later so I called to let RON know & to document which wasn't done.....Other issues had previously occurred but this last one is unexceptable!!.. & for the MANAGER TO ADVISE me to bring elsewhere repeatedly is even WORSE!......WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION & SPECIFIC NAMES TO ANYONE....DISGUSTED!!!! More
