Nick was amazing, extremely informative, and was a great salesman that allowed me to explore all options. He listened to my wants, let me bounce between the trucks I was looking at, and set me up in the perfect truck for me. Do watch all the prices in the final sales qoute. They move around but will fix them if you note it. But, I love the way this dealership treated me. I have already been a fan of Toyota, now I am a fan of Coggin. More

My husband and I worked with Steven Barba and he was great. He was very patient and he didn't try to talk us into something else. Steven was never "pushy" like most salesman are. I had to inquires one to Coggin at the Avenues and one in Daytona. They both come to find out are fighting each other for a car I wanted. Daytona offered me $33900.00 for the car and Coggin $34500.00. Coggin Daytona. They both come to find out are fighting each other for a car I wanted. Daytona offered me $33900.00 for the car and Coggin $34500.00. Coggin was able to get the car and refused to let Daytona have it or pass on getting it from the original dealer who had it. Of course they wanted to sell me the car, I understand however Coggin would not match Daytona because they knew i wanted the car and had the upperhand. I think that is pretty crappy and will never buy from them nor take my other 2 Toyota cars for service to them. I have been to their service dept and they are really good people but I'm done with Coggin. Look other places before buying here! You can get better deals! The person I worked with was named MATT but had to put a name down above. Matt was not listed so I don't mean to throw this guy under the bus but he is a sells manager and may be the one who really was behind it More

I had come to this dealership before and they scratched my rim with the gun used to take off the tire. I came back for another tire rotation and told them my concerns. I was sitting outside in the service my rim with the gun used to take off the tire. I came back for another tire rotation and told them my concerns. I was sitting outside in the service bay on the ground ( too noisy to sit inside, plus it was cold and I wanted to sit in the sun) I saw some guy walking up to me Ad he kneeled down next to me and said " I'm the guy working on your car, I promise I'll do everything by hand and be very careful" and I thought that was the sweetest thing ever. Awesome people here. More

My husband and I knew what we wanted when we went to the dealership. We were "shopping" though, as we felt we wanted to look at all the dealerships in the Jacksonville area before making our decision. It to dealership. It took several hours, but with Greg Alderman's kind and patient ways of dealing with us as customers, we ended up buying a car. We got more than we expected to buy, for a price that was acceptable to us. Josh was friendly, helpful, eager, etc. I have never heard negative things about this dealership and now I know why! More
