I have been going to this service department since I bought my Toyota and every time I have gone there they have been nothing less than friendly, helpful and understanding. I was apprehensive about going to a service department without a male being with me because of the history of females being taken advantage of. I have not had anyone take advantage of me because of a perception that I don't know anything about cars. I will continue to have them service my car, even after my service contract runs out. More

So impressed I walked out with a Prius! I just happened to stop by Coggin on the way to the Avenues Mall and walked out with a new Prius. I already owned a ten year old Prius with 135 thousa I just happened to stop by Coggin on the way to the Avenues Mall and walked out with a new Prius. I already owned a ten year old Prius with 135 thousand miles on it. I had researched new and used Prius's, so I knew what I was looking for. But I had planned on waiting until I got home to buy one. In fact I've never bought a car after one visit in my life. But I was made quite comfortable, given good information and an excellent price. Why not? I figured. I called my wife at the Mall. We test drove a Prius IV. We loved it and bought it. Our salesman, Damien, was informed, gracious, and friendly. We love the car. More

The Camry was waiting to be washed. Frank kept me up dated. He was trying to satisfy me. Car still not washed.. Frank kept in touch with the back area. After over 20-25 minutes, Frank went to the wash area himself to get things moving. I appreciated his efforts. He did come back to tell me it was finished and being driven up front. Car looked great and is running well. If not for Frank, my Coggin experience would have not been so good. He's a real asset to your team. More
