We had been in the market for a pre-owned SUV and found the perfect match at Coggin. I spoke with David and Nathan. Within half hour over the phone we bought the car site unseen. It was delivered today and it was perfectly described. I assist with around 25 car purchases per year. This was one one of the best. Hope to work with them again. More

We walked inside and met with Nicklas Daris and told him what we wanted and he said "I have just the truck for you" He pulled it around front for us and showed us everything about the Tacoma and more. It just happen to be the color and everything that we had wanted! He was the most pleasant sales advisor and was very knowledgeable and made it a fast process from the start to finish. I Would recommend to see Nicklas for a smooth transaction. Him owning a Tacoma himself made it even more pleasurable with all of his insight on the particular vehicle. For any future Toyota purchases we will be seeing Nicklas again and I already have my eye on a 4-runner :) More
Toyota Camry 2013 second key missing and empty gas tank I bought a used Toyota Camry 2013 on November 10th and they were very rush for everything because it was time for closing. I wouldn't buy the car on that price if I knew and seems like they deceived us. Also. they gave us a empty gas tank. I spoke with Brian yesterday and he said he will call me back on the same day and never heard from anyone. I called today and they are not helpful at all and diverting the situation here and there that I should talk to this or that person and hanged up on me. NEVER GO THERE. TOYOTA USA should take an action on this dealership that deceive the customers and do not disclose the vehicle details even customer asked several times that is there anything we need to know before buying. Worst..Never go here I had spoken to a rep at the dealership about a car listed for purchase. He made a good offer and asked me to come down to the showroom the same day. I had spoken to a rep at the dealership about a car listed for purchase. He made a good offer and asked me to come down to the showroom the same day. When I went there after a couple of hours, they completely backed out and started showing me higher priced cars. The saleman was extremely rude and said unneccessary things that were very mean. I can never trust such people and never do business with them. More

I was immediately greeted, a service advisor took the pertinent information and showed me to the waiting room. I didn't have an appointment, but my car was ready in less than hour. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely a positive experience. I'm sorry I don't remember names. More

They were willing to negotiate and we were able to come to a fair agreement on the final price. For the most part, they were straight forward and it didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off or cheat me. When it came time to fill out the paperwork, they offered for me to purchase an extended warranty. Pay careful attention to the change in finance terms (monthly payment AND number of months) if you decide to purchase the warranty, to make sure you understand exactly how much extra it will cost you. Service Department Given Toyota a bad name! I have owned several Toyotas and do my own service. I have change motors in Toyotas that had well over 300,000 + miles. I know Toyots inside and out! I have owned several Toyotas and do my own service. I have change motors in Toyotas that had well over 300,000 + miles. I know Toyots inside and out! However recently I ran out of time and decided to use their Service. Big Big Big "mistake" it cost me More time and almost more money than the Low mileage 4Runner is worth! I read my own codes using the Toyota SST 09843-18040 tool. I knew what the problem was when I took it to them for their diagnostic test and service estimate. Their estimate seemed high so I took it to Goodyear for another estimate. Goodyear wanted about the same price. The reason was because Toyota was the only place to buy this part. So I called Tom the Service advisor and made sure they quoted the part that I knew needed to be replaced and the same part that Goodyear found needed to be replaced. (Toyota customers Please be aware that I could read the codes and Goodyear could read the codes too). When I drop the 4Runner off with Tom I confirmed the exact part that was to be replaced per the quoted estimate and verified that parts department had the part!! Repair should have been completed within 4 hrs. Instead 4hrs later I am told that the part in storeroom is wrong and the correct part would be delivered in 5 days. 5 days later they call me and tell me that the computer is bad and cannot read codes. It took several high blood pressure hours to get them to just replaced the part that I told them to replace and had agreed to have replace over a week before. What a pain and time consuming ordeal! I truly wished that I had had time to do this repair myself to begin with or just had Goodyear do the work. For those out there that do not know how to service your own Toyota take it some where else or be prepared to be a victim of this Service Center. By the way Tom did appoligze when we picked up the 4Runner and appoligze a second time when we found grease prints all over the drivers seat. I wonder if the the mechanics are the problem!! Either way the Service department at Coggin has problems. I still love and will own a Toyota ....but I will take to heart the "reviews" that are seen on the internet if I ever need service done by others in the future. Buyer beware!! More

Worst Service Experience Ever We chose Coggins Toyota because we were so disappointed in Keith Pearson from a sales perspective. We ultimately purchased our 2014 Sienna from Gatorland Toyota who dealt with us honestly, directly and fairly. So now we need service and thus we chose Coggins. Which seems to have been a mistake. We scheduled an 11:15 a.m. appointment on Tuesday, July 7th and arrived promptly at 11:15 a.m. Charlie told us he would check on how long it would take to replace a seat heater (we told the service personnel during the 15,000 mile service the seat heater had stopped functioning and were told Coggins would order the part and make the repair during the 20,000 mile service). One hour later we tried to find Charlie to find out the status - we were told by Charlie's supervisor Charlie had gone to lunch and the service department was just starting the seat heater repair which we were told would take at least 3 hours. We are PISSED. We sat patiently for one hour with no information - only to be told we were expected to wait at least another 3 hours. Don finally came out and apologized (too late at this point) - it took another 45 minutes to locate a rental car - and then the icing on the cake. We had heard nothing by 11 a.m. the following day so we called only to find out service personnel had until 6 p.m. and we should not expect the car until then. Well that just sealed the deal on our NEVER returning to Coggins. Got a call at 3 p.m. the vehicle was ready - changed our schedules entirely and came to pick up the vehicle - THEY COULDN'T FIND THE VEHICLE OR THE KEY!!! Keith Pearson here we come. More
