Bad Service Experience I have Tayotacare plan, maintenance service (just regular service like oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection etc.. ) suppose to be free I have Tayotacare plan, maintenance service (just regular service like oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection etc.. ) suppose to be free of cost for 2 years or $25,000 miles but Coggin Toyota at the Avenues charged me environment fee of $8.28 and they are saying it common. Last two times they did it for free when I ask my previous records they are saying their system is stuck so can't pull my records. I had a flat tire as well they initially said it's free of cost under Tayotacare but they charged me $20.45 when ask about it they are saying it will cover if your car millage is under 12,000 but mine is 14,000 why they didn't know initially ? even if they knows later they are suppose take my permission before fixing it. More

Cheaters The service people, sales persons at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues are complete cheaters try to make money from customers as much as possible. This is The service people, sales persons at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues are complete cheaters try to make money from customers as much as possible. This is the last time I am buying Toyota vehicle. It looks the Toyota company make a deal with dealers and come up with BS extended warranty policy. Here is the story. I bought Toyota Sienna vehicle from this dealer this year around May month. This guy named Mark Wootan charged me additional 4000 dollars for extended warranty which covers all internal and external repairs. He gave me a letter as a proof. Now its not even 7 months after buying the vehicle and one of the tire blown out. I went to this dealer again and tried to explain the Service advisor John Vanecek that I bought the vehicle here and I have extended warranty. This guy is not even listening to me and always coming up with one statement that extended warranty covers only engine. It looks he is a complete idiot and does not know anything about Toyota extended warranty. At last he charged me for the new tire and did not repair TPMS, Blind Spot monitor and ABS. He is coming up with additional 400 dollars for repairing. These are the people we can take as an example how dealers cheat when buying vehicle and what they will do when it comes for repairs. More

Why do I need an appointment I make an appointment and you don't get to my vehicle until 2 hours later? A simple tire rotation doesn't take that long. I ask for my car back because km tired if waiting and was told they have it now an hour later still waiting. For a 10 minute job to be done. Rediculous unorganized unprofessional. Will never go back definitely don't recommend!!! More

Coggin Toyota Service + Charles Moore= One happy customer! I have taken my 2013 Toyota Tacoma to Coggin Toyota at the Avenues twice for service since I purchased it in April 2016. I took it in for an exhaust r I have taken my 2013 Toyota Tacoma to Coggin Toyota at the Avenues twice for service since I purchased it in April 2016. I took it in for an exhaust recall the first time and for an oil change/routine maintenance the second time. Both times I dealt with Service Adviser Charles Moore and I won't take my truck to anyone else! Charles is a heck of a nice guy and the customer service that he provides is second to none! Charles explained everything to me both times and made sure that I understood everything. The waiting lounge at Coggin Toyota is comfortable with refreshments provided to customers while they wait for their vehicle to be serviced. I am definitely happy knowing that my vehicle is serviced properly and professionally by Charles and Coggin Toyota! More
