Extra steps I never have any issues with the service department performance however this time was a little different. I came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation that as always goes smoothly, While I was having an excellent BLT at the lunch counter I was approached by the mechanic, Derek, performing the service and tire rotation on my car who recognized my name (as a repeat customer) he took a few extra steps to personally caution me that my Front brake pads are thin at 3mm And that he was recommending that I replace them and also noticed my wiper blades were old that he already took care of. His point was well taken, So I got with Ben my service contact and told him do the Pads as Derek suggested, along with the rotor resurfacing. Ben suggested that the brake fluid be changed. I really appreciate those extra steps he took for purposes of my safety. Stuff like that has a thousand glowing edges For Toyota in general and specifically your dealership Thank you PS.
