They are true to their words..When we bought a brand new CHR few months ago and they said it comes with 2yrs free service with carwash...In my surprise they will charge extra for detailing and vacuum..Ron Poblacion and his crew were very helpful..we are so impressed on his work that he takes so much pride..I set up appointment and they took care of us in a very timely manner..We highly recommend them! This last visit my experience was less than stellar I was given the run around to get my windshield cowl repaired even though it was brought to the dealerships attention a couple of times The matter was resolved after I contacted the corporate office and informed them of this issue. Still had to pay out when the matter should have been fixed free, the dealership did not replace the cowl. Just glued down the existing cowl. Sad the service was better, management has improvements to make More
