Extremely knowledgeable sales (Anthony) I will write this transaction int two parts the sales experience and then my experience with the credit team number 1. one the sales team was amazi I will write this transaction int two parts the sales experience and then my experience with the credit team number 1. one the sales team was amazing we had Anthony was our sales person he was extremely knowledgeable in the car all the functions answered all of our questions low pressure no worries the sales manager again was very easy to communicate with, we did negotiate the price at everything came out great fair I was happy with that experience 2. the credit department was a poor experience, I have above average credit I had a credit score over 800 and I was treated like I had a credit score of 600 I feel that The credit representative (Frank) was misinformed possibly new to the company personality could use improvement even though he smiled I didn’t feel the words were smiling it was extremely long process I wanted a particular rate I felt that it was fair they came back three times with the higher rate and I felt that I was deserving of better so I decided to go to my own bank to obtain a rate and I ended up closing on the car and they (Coggan) lost out all the financing because they couldn’t just negotiate the rate that I wanted, their loss again everyone else was fine... 3. the process took way too long! It should not take 4 hours to close purchase on a car.. next time I’ll try completely online purchase.. The purchase part of the process should be more efficient.. (Amazon experience) get with the times .. Again the sales person Anthony was outstanding!!! More
