Short and sweet version at the bottom, you've been warned: I contacted Coggin Toyota as a part of several Toyota dealerships to ask about the avai Short and sweet version at the bottom, you've been warned: I contacted Coggin Toyota as a part of several Toyota dealerships to ask about the availability of a Prius One that was listed for sale on those select dealer's websites.. After describing what I wanted in one to Austin Skinner, my sales person, he said they had a Prius Two that fit the bill but not a Prius One. I was a little disheartened and while waiting for a call back I checked Toyota's website and there weren't any Prius Ones available with the color choices I wanted so that idea went kinda down the drain. Greg Alderman, their new car sales manager, called me back because Austin got a bit wrapped up with customers in the dealership discussing more about a Prius One and I noted that if the Prius Two was at a good price I'd consider that instead. Greg said he'd put together something and have Austin get back to me when he was free. The offer was fantastic. The price for the Two was pretty amazing (better than other offers I had received at the time) and the trade value of my then-vehicle was also generously above what I had been offered (and haggled for). I decided to go ahead and make an appointment to be there and suspend my search for the time. Jacksonville is a two hour drive from my location and I've been scorned before for making 100+ mile trips to purchase vehicles. Austin greeted me in the morning and had the car all ready for me, we drove it and chatted a bit then went inside to look over the numbers again. While I'm not a fan of haggling dealer addendum stickers, I feel like some of the price of this was to help offset the steal of a price on the car (even so, it was still better than other offers). I noted a few things that the addendum said were included were not on the vehicle. Speight Williams, a finance manager, came over and discussed those with Austin and myself. We deducted some more cash off of that total to a supposed amount that I'd pay for those goods that were with the car. We agreed on the price and then we waited for finance to call me in. Mark Wootan, another finance manager, had me do the paperwork. I was in and out in ten minutes, true to his word, and I was off on my way back home with a full tank of gas and a smile on my face. This was such a pleasant experience and it went over way better than I thought it would. The dealership was faithful to their pricing. Austin, Greg, Speight and Mark were real gentlemen and went above and beyond to make things work out how I needed them too. Kudos to them and the whole team at Coggin Toyota. I'd recommend them to anyone! More

We were both extremely pleased with our experience and decided to purchase our Rav 4 there rather than to go on to the other three dealerships on our list! When we entered the front door, we were greeted with a smile by Rebecca. She is certainly an asset to the dealership. Our sales consultant, Kendrick Bibbs was extremely knowledgeable, professional and listened to what our desires and needs were. He offered excellent information and personal insight. He did an awesome job.. Speight Williams worked with us covering pricing and was extremely professional and customer friendly. Jim Long explained and answered our questions regarding financing and warranties in a pleasant and down to earth manner. We cannot fully express our gratitude to all of the Coggin Toyota at the Avenues team members who made our car buying experience amazing and delightful. Since our experience at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues was so amazing, we would highly recommend Coggin to our family and friends. Coggin renewed our faith in buying a vehicle from a dealership. Horrendous service I bought a new car in 2017 with a promise “to have service taken care of for 3 years”. All they do is change oil and rotatate tires. The service today took almost 2 hours...they don’t wash your car even though have a big sign “complementary car wash” upfront. An excuse is “you didn’t ask us for it”. And so on. Their service is horrendous. I will not buy another Toyota. More
