Allen was the most courteous, friendly salesman I have encountered in the auto sales industry. My experience was amazing. We all know we go in with the "hassle" approach. When I walked it, it was very polite, asked my needs, LISTENED to what I could afford and what I was looking for and then I was di "hassle" approach.
