Two times we brought our vehicle in for service oil change tire rotation the first time failed to do the tire rotation did they change the oil we don't know. 2nd time same service plus a recall. No one is held accountable for services not done; the service manager, the service advisor, the technician and upper management...Shame on Coggin corporate to allow this to happen. Apparently they don't care about their reputation...... More

DONT put a deposit to hold a car - they advised my early 21 yr old daughter they would credit and not debit - well they lied!! They did debit so when we found car at better price and less miles we bought it 21 yr old daughter they would credit and not debit - well they lied!!
