I had been car shopping for a couple of days and had become weary with what I had been dealing with. Mansel in finance also worked to show me how to protect my investment and finance it to my advantage. I didn't feel like they were just selling me a car. Greg from sales team was great and got us a good deal. The worst experience starts when we reach finance team(Kip). Firstly they made us wait hours on deal day for papers to be signed. Once we got our loan papers after 1 month, they had mysteriously added $6000 in name of some package! Then I filled cancellation form in month of August and its been 5 months but they have not been cancelled and paid back yet! I call them 2-3 times every week and visit almost every month and they dont treat you well once they sell you the vehicle. I am still waiting for this cancellation to happen which was to happen in 4 weeks but almost 5 months and counting now. If you guys planning on financing your car avoid this place! Sales especially Greg had been good to us. More

Eriton has an excellent knowledge of the car features, very patient and professional. His arguments are very convincing. I recently bought a new Pathfinder and wanted to affix the front license plate bracket which i received with the vehicle but did not get the hardware. I initially asked for the hardware so i could attach the front license plate bracket which i received with the vehicle but did not get the hardware. I initially asked for the hardware so i could attach it and was pleasantly surprised that not only did i get the hardware I also had someone from the service area put it on my car for me while i waited. They also asked if I had the plate as they wanted to do that as well but I didn't have it with me. The service far exceeded my expectations!! More
