Poor Service I bought my Rogue from here. I like taking my car to the dealership for service. Every single oil change has been a 3 to 5 hour experience (and I had I bought my Rogue from here. I like taking my car to the dealership for service. Every single oil change has been a 3 to 5 hour experience (and I had a scheduled appointment for each of them). The words "express service" should be changed to exasperating service. There's definitely something wrong here in that someone is not fixing this process. I consider it a management problem. More

After test driving the vehicle, the used car manager told me that I had to buy the car immediately or the car was going to be taken to a different dealership across the state (followed by a long elaborate story) and dangled the keys in my face demanding I decide on the spot whether or not I would purchase the vehicle. He denied me five minutes to make a phone call and handed the keys to a tow truck driver. Interestingly enough, an hour and a half later when I finally decided I would buy it, the car was still there. The buying process took almost 7 hours. The Finance Manager told me that the warranty was about to expire so I ended up purchasing an extended warranty. I got home and the seat broke so I took it to a dealership closer to home and upon asking questions, I find that my car still had a free manufacture's warranty for 30k more miles. I called the sales manager at Coggin Nissan and he said I could just take the warranty that I purchased and add it on to the manufacturers warranty. When I got there, a different finance manager tells me that is not possible and insists that the other dealership was lying about my existing warranty because they want more money. The only people lying to you in order to get more money is the People at Coggin Nissan. If you want to be pressured, lied to, confused, and taken advantage of, then go to Coggin Nissan. If not, I suggest you shop somewhere else! More
Worst service ever! I brought my 2013 Pathfinder in for service on Dec 10. It was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. First it was brought in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The lady who “took care “of us seemed only interested in trying to sell us other services. What in the past had been a 30-45 minute process turned out taking over 2.5 hours. First, she told us that there were 3 recalls on the vehicle, that we had not been informed of and that it would take an additional 3 hours to make the repairs. When I told her we would have to reschedule for that work, she told us our car would be ready in about 30minutes. 30 minutes later, she came and told us that we needed a new cabin air filter, as well as new tires and break pads. When I compared what she said the tread was with the “sample” on the desk, I clearly did not need new tires. I told I just needed my car. She told us they would finish up then and we would have our car shortly. 30 minutes later she came out and said we had a nail in one of the tires and that they needed to fix that and that would be an extra charge. Nearly 45 minutes later when we complained, we shortly got our car back. What we discovered was that after all that time the oil warning and the tire rotation warnings had not been reset and now come on constantly. According to the display on the car. The front tires are inflated to 36lbs, while one of the back tires is inflated to 34lbs and the other inflated to 41lbs. Based on all of this, I have no reason to believe that any of the service I was charged for was actually performed. More

The dealership as a whole is poorly ran and the problem is institutional, our experience was putrid on every level! Our experience was horrible starting with the receptionist who lied to us about our finance director's availability, our salesman was unprofessional and harassed us about the survey score repeatedly, Chris our sales manager tried to force an extended warranty on a 2016 truck that we didn't want or need and it was only added to profit their pockets. Our experience with the finance department goes without saying, and then the GM promised us on Friday, 9/16 that our current finance director, Dustin Hughes, would no longer be handling our deal and that an "elite team" was now handling our deal and we would have an answer Monday, 9/19, but now today, 9/21, it doesn't appear that anyone has been working on our deal at all and those thoughts were confirmed today when we received a call from Dustin trying to clarify the mistakes he made on the initial credit application and informed us that he was starting the loan process over???! THIS IS COMPLETELY LUDICROUS!!! Asbury should really consider shutting this location down and starting from scratch! Clearly rehiring new GM's every six months to a year isn't working! I can assure our disgust and dissatisfaction will not stop here! More

Upset and Regret My Purchase Bought a new 2016 Pathfinder S model which I was promised to get a radio dashboard backup camera and two dvd headrest. I was also advised bluetooth comes with the car which did not. I was told the backup camera could not be installed but I have documentation stating Nissan owes me those items. General Manager Ron Messinetti and Sales Manager Phuc Tran both are very unprofessional and dishonest. They are only in the business of making money and not maintaining relationships with loyal customers. I still do not have what was promised. Please do not purchase an SUV from them. They are not knowledgeable of what comes in the SUV's. Just very upset and Unsatisfied More

Bill Mooney Service Advisor - The Best I have a 10 year old Nissan Murano. Bill Mooney has taken care of this car the entire 10 years. He is honest first and foremost. He goes the extra mile to be sure my car is taken care of. There have been shop errors, but Bill has never lied to me, he just tells us about their mistakes and then makes it right. Integrity is rare anywhere these day much less in auto service departments, where I have always felt like I was sold things that I didn't really need in order to meet their quotas. Not so with Bill. My husband has complete faith that Bill will make sure my car is safe and maintained for me to drive and that is worth everything. My Murano has had a lot of trouble,with things I honestly think need to be recalled on the Murano. At this time I don't know if I would buy another Nissan all though this is my 3rd Nissan, but the thing that would make me even consider buying another Nissan is the service and integrity of Bill Mooney.
