Employees are attentive to the customer as soon as they walk into their establishment and knowledgeable. Explains what is required by the customer once car is checked in, and how to respond once the text i walk into their establishment and knowledgeable. I bought a used car from the dealer and had a good experience overall. I was surprised after taking ownership to find that no basic maintenance (i.e. oil change, filters, etc.) had been done on the ca experience overall.
