By far the worst car buying experience EVER! I do NOT recommend and I’ve NEVER seen such an experience in my life. My son has been through THREE different vehicles in which, keep having mechanica I do NOT recommend and I’ve NEVER seen such an experience in my life. My son has been through THREE different vehicles in which, keep having mechanical problems. The last vehicle he was told it was “ as is” just 2 days after buying. The car begins to make a noise, and drives with a shake. There was also an additional $500.00 put down on a prior car, the second car, in which…he didn’t get back. Not to mention, the money spent on window tint, of course they refused to reimburse. Countless days spent at this dealership.I am highly disappointed. Good luck! More
I arrived 30 minutes early to my scheduled service appt for a recall and oil and filter change and to check a noise that was related to a recall for a 2017 sedan with 36k miles. I set aside 3/4 hours since the person I made an appt with indicated it could take up to 4 hours IF they needed to do the recall. After 3 1/2 hours I asked the status, I was told it they just finished the inspection. They told me I needed some service that was literally checked a month before (less than 250 miles because I dont drive alot) by another company who said I was good to go and they wouldn't do the service. So I declined that service but agreed to do a brake fluid flush. After 4 1/2, almost 5 hours , I walked to my service guy and said I have no more time to wait considering it was an appointment and to bring my car up with only whatever had been completed up to that point. I didnt bother to check it over because I was upset and late for another appointment. The advisor went over the paperwork and was thorough with that. I got in my car with the music blaring and the AC colder than I sent it in. I actually had both off when I took my car in. I understand it's hot and it's nice to turn the ac on to cool off while bringing the car up. But to have the music blasting. Please leave it the way you find it when returning to the customer. It made me question whether my car was really "test" drove for the noise I complained about- I specifically told the advisor you only hear it with the music off. I sat there for 5 hours with an appt with at LEAST (counted) 6 other people that came in after me and left before me. How is this ok? Let me just say- I paid full price. I should have complained. But I honestly just needed to leave. I left and wasn't going to write a review but the more I thought about it, the more I decided to speak up to prevent this from happening to another customer. I sat for 3 1/2 hours and had to check a status just to see if my car was even looked. How is this even? If I would've known, I would've taken an Uber to go home- I'm new to this state and this dealership was across town, so it's not like I could just call someone and go a few miles home. Please be more honest with your customers and I will have the car addressed again with another company for the noise since I'm not confident it was really addressed since the music was loud. More

We loved our Nissan’s so much that when it was time to buy a new Nissan, we knew we wanted to shop here too. Casey, my service advisor introduced me to Jon Oiriako in sales. Jon definitely know his cars and was extremely patient with both mine and my husbands questions. He is not a high pressure salesman. He worked with us while we fell in live with the new 2021 Nissan Rogue. He even brought two different models out side by side so we could compare features. We loved the SL with the premium package and negotiated a great price. His delivery of the vehicle was perfect and made sure we understood all the new features. He helped us get just the right accessories and went over and above with our satisfaction. He even called a week later to check how we are liking the car. Well we love it and recommend him highly to anyone shopping for a car, new or used. Juan Lorenzo, the Sales Manager helped finalize the discounts and deal and we are very happy with our experience. We will definitely continue our business with this dealership and purchase future cars with Jon! More

Caleb was amazing at achieving what I wanted in a used car; needed lower monthly's with more room to grow. He found this for me with a car that had even less mileage then I thought I could get! Disappointing to say the least I reached out to Jordan Meagher whose title is “Guest Experience Specialist” through their website portal. Jordan was pleasant to deal with and he and I made an appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in for 1pm the following day. Upon arriving at the dealership I was told by one of the sales people that the vehicle I came to see was no longer available. I told the man that I had a 1 o’clock appt scheduled to see the car with Jordan - the man who greeted me said that the vehicle had been so;d and was no longer available. With that I thanked him for his time and walked out the door. After arriving home i received 2 separate email communications - one from a different sales person and the other email was from Jordan. The email from the sales woman stated that she was unaware that I arrived for my scheduled appointment, and the tone of the rest of the communication was that the car was sold out from under you, too bad - what else would you like to see? Jordan’s first email asked me how my visit went.........as you can see there is a ton of communication between the staff here and it got even better when his follow up email again asked me how the visit went and if you could say there was one thing preventing me from moving forward with the purchase what would it be? Plain to see he did not even read the email i sent back to him regarding my visit and my disappointment that the car was sold before i got there when he told me he would “bring it around and have it ready for our 1pm appointment.’ Needless to say I will never step foot on their property again......... More

Upon arrival, apparently the car had a mechanical issue that was found out "last night" and the car wasnt safe, when GM approached us and i questioned him about the tactic, due to him telling me there are cars available that i would not be able to find on their website, my question was, "have they passed your inspection" unlike the car that i was told by your employee was good to go, his response was "whats with all the hostility" its a legit question after i just drove 45 minutes to buy a car with cash out of the door, and your telling me that you found out last night it was found unsafe, yet the dealership salesmen do not know that, terrible way to do business, i would never come back to this place. More
