I give these guys 6 stars for treating me with respect and being very honest about the entire deal. I found a chunk missing on the tire sidewall the day after I bought the 2023 Acura and I figured I was and being very honest about the entire deal. Took 2 hours to change a couple of taillight bulbs even after making a service appointment Two bulbs were about $20 bucks, Labor, tax, shop fees came to about $75. Unfortunately they also cracked the taill after making a service appointment Two bulbs were about $20 bucks, Labor, tax, shop fees came to about $75. Unfortunately they also cracked the taillight assembly which I now need to go back and have replaced. Not sure what shop fees were needed other than throwing out the old bulbs.Did not receive 10% discount as offered when making the appointment. More
