BE AWARE, STAND YOUR GROUND, DON'T GET PRESSURED BY THEM!!!! Me and my wife recently stopped but to test drive a Pre-Own 2016 Nissan Rogue they had in their inventory. After talking to the sale representative and told him that we wanted to see the 2016 Rogue he acted like he didn't here us when we said 2016 and he showed us a 2017 Nissan Rogue. When we told him that we wanted the 2016 not the 2017 because that's the one we can afford, he started acting different and starting making all types of excuses about how it's better to go with a 2017 not a 2016. After taking us back to the desk and showing us the payment plan for the 2017 Rogue, I tell him numerous time that we wanted the 2016 not 2017, he ignore our plead. After telling him that we couldn't afford the 2017 he brought over his supervisor over, like always, saying what if I take this much off can you then afford it? Then his supervisor brought his supervisor came over and pitched them same thing (typical). I notice every time I told them that I wanted to see the payment plan for the 2016 Rogue their altitude changed. Then they final told me, oh they don't have that vehicle in stock anymore it was sold already. I personally thought that was an excuse, because if you sold it already then you should have told us already. By then we was already tired with their bull, we just went ahead and got the 2017 Rogue but we really needed a vehicle. After all the paperwork was done, we had to wait the next day to pick up the vehicle because they didn't have it on the lot, I had no problem with it because they gave us a temporary do drive. When I picked up the car the next we had another problem. The day before when we was looking at the cars our sale associate said and even showed us on the window sticker that all of their 2017 Nissan Rogue SV models come with the 3M Sun Block window tints and fog lights. Our Rogue had none of that and we I asked him about it he said "Oh you have Mounted Rails". I told him I just wanted the tints and if he could throw them in for free since all of their 2017 SV Rogues suppose to come equipe or at least give me a discount on the price to get the car tinted. He said he'll see what he can do, 45 seconds later he comes back and said oh he can't do that and how those are $400 tints, and blahhh blahh. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again, and I'll make sure to pass the word on. More

He listened to my request and what I was asking for in a vehicle and my price range. Going forward when I'm in need of a vehicle I will be calling David first before going to anyone else. Along with his GM Ron Messinetti they have earned my future business. More

DECIEVING Sales Rep & manager Oh how I wish I could give 0 stars. I want to be clear that the parts/service people are fantastic. I've never had a bad experience there. Now, it's t Oh how I wish I could give 0 stars. I want to be clear that the parts/service people are fantastic. I've never had a bad experience there. Now, it's the sales people that are despicable!!! After almost 2mths of them soliciting me. I was extremely transparent that if I purchase a vehicle, I have to get top dollar for my trade (2014 Maxima) & for my balance to be payed off (which is below NADA). The part that pisses me off is that my sales rep (Zachary W. Jared) calls me to say that they've been soooo slow and have a quota they haven't met, the sales manager agrees to do so. So hesitantly I make an hour drive and pick a vehicle that I like, only for them to later offer a trade allowance $6000 less than what I owe financed into the loan for a monthly payment of $528!!...why would I drive an hour away, past countless dealerships (some who's offered me more for my trade) just to be bamboozled???? I couldn't help but laugh although I was extremely upset that they lied and misled me to come there and waste 4hours of my day off which I could've spent at the park with my 11mth old baby who was with me. You can imagine my disbelief, I could've literally blown a gasket!! Then he says it was a miscommunication and tries to justify their reasoning by drawing figures on a wrap paper on the wall "trying" to explain the "financials" lol which clearly he didn't understand himself. So I walk away with my child, without purchasing the $30,000 vehicle and they lose not just that sale/profit but also a customer for life. NEVER AGAIN!!! I'M DISGUSTED WITH SUCH DECIEVING PEOPLE!!!!! Run away they arw con artists Brenden, my salesperson is a liar. He told me that he sent an application to my bank and that they denied me. I contacted my bank and they said they n Brenden, my salesperson is a liar. He told me that he sent an application to my bank and that they denied me. I contacted my bank and they said they never received an application. He also told me that everyone denied me except Nissan, which was another lie. They con you into financing through them. I was only shown one car and Brenden pressured me into signing. I don't even like the car. When I went the next day to pick up my new car, I asked Brenden specifically if I needed to sign any more papers and he said "No, you are all set.", and rushed me into my new car because he had a phone call. He didn't even show me the features of the car. Well Feb 13th, a month and 10 days after I purchased the car, Ron, the manager left me a rude message saying he is going to repo the car because I didn't sign all of the paperwork. I immediately called him back saying that I don't know what you are talking about, and he told me Brenden told him I didnt sign the paperwork because the system was down that day, which I told Ron that was a flat out lie. He didn't believe me nor care that Brenden is a lair. I also told Ron that Carmax has been harassing me everyday because they haven't paid my old car off, and he said he would take care of it. He also said that he would send the application to my bank, take care of the tag that was almost expired, send me my 25 gift card that I never received and pay my friends the 100 referral bonous. He told me he would send Brenden up to my job so I can finish filling out the paperwork.None of this was done. I just received a delinquent notice from Carmax that I am two months late and it is on my credit. Brenden didn't show up until a week later at my job for me to fill out the paperwork.I never received my 25 nor have my friends received their 100.00. I also was driving around on an expired tag due to their neglect and Ron never called me back about sending an application to my bank. I called Nissan corporate and the guy said "my hands are tied", and sent me to Consumer Affairs. I filed a report to them and I am going to the BBB. If the Carmax does not get taken off my credit, I will get an attorney. I told Nissan corporate to take the car back, that I do not want it, and Brenden pressured me into getting that one. They have horrible customer service and tney don't own up to their mistakes. They are lairs and con artists. My other friends that bought their car there are having nothing but problems also, and told Ron to take their car back because they were lied to about the warranty. I am extremely upset because I thought Nissans were good cars and this has been a nightmare and my credit has gone down 100 points because of it. More
Poor Service I bought my Rogue from here. I like taking my car to the dealership for service. Every single oil change has been a 3 to 5 hour experience (and I had I bought my Rogue from here. I like taking my car to the dealership for service. Every single oil change has been a 3 to 5 hour experience (and I had a scheduled appointment for each of them). The words "express service" should be changed to exasperating service. There's definitely something wrong here in that someone is not fixing this process. I consider it a management problem. More

The man who sold me the car gave me incorrect information about the car and it's warranty. After test driving the vehicle, the used car manager told me that I had to buy the car immediately or the car was going to be taken to a different dealership across the state (followed by a long elaborate story) and dangled the keys in my face demanding I decide on the spot whether or not I would purchase the vehicle. He denied me five minutes to make a phone call and handed the keys to a tow truck driver. Interestingly enough, an hour and a half later when I finally decided I would buy it, the car was still there. The buying process took almost 7 hours. The Finance Manager told me that the warranty was about to expire so I ended up purchasing an extended warranty. I got home and the seat broke so I took it to a dealership closer to home and upon asking questions, I find that my car still had a free manufacture's warranty for 30k more miles. I called the sales manager at Coggin Nissan and he said I could just take the warranty that I purchased and add it on to the manufacturers warranty. When I got there, a different finance manager tells me that is not possible and insists that the other dealership was lying about my existing warranty because they want more money. The only people lying to you in order to get more money is the People at Coggin Nissan. If you want to be pressured, lied to, confused, and taken advantage of, then go to Coggin Nissan. If not, I suggest you shop somewhere else! More
Worst service ever! I brought my 2013 Pathfinder in for service on Dec 10. It was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. First it was brought in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The lady who “took care “of us seemed only interested in trying to sell us other services. What in the past had been a 30-45 minute process turned out taking over 2.5 hours. First, she told us that there were 3 recalls on the vehicle, that we had not been informed of and that it would take an additional 3 hours to make the repairs. When I told her we would have to reschedule for that work, she told us our car would be ready in about 30minutes. 30 minutes later, she came and told us that we needed a new cabin air filter, as well as new tires and break pads. When I compared what she said the tread was with the “sample” on the desk, I clearly did not need new tires. I told I just needed my car. She told us they would finish up then and we would have our car shortly. 30 minutes later she came out and said we had a nail in one of the tires and that they needed to fix that and that would be an extra charge. Nearly 45 minutes later when we complained, we shortly got our car back. What we discovered was that after all that time the oil warning and the tire rotation warnings had not been reset and now come on constantly. According to the display on the car. The front tires are inflated to 36lbs, while one of the back tires is inflated to 34lbs and the other inflated to 41lbs. Based on all of this, I have no reason to believe that any of the service I was charged for was actually performed. More
