On July 30, 2024, Coggin Nissan at the Avenues sold me a used 2023 Mazda CX-30 that has a lien from the previous owner on the title. I paid cash for the vehicle and requested a paper title but was told they used 2023 Mazda CX-30 that has a lien from the previous owner on the title. I paid cash for the vehicle and requested a paper title but was told they would have to mail it to me. I did not realize the title had a lien until I checked the vehicle’s VIN at the flhsmv.gov website two weeks after I purchased the car. The dealership never told me the title had a lien from the previous owner. It's been over a month since I bought this vehicle, and I still can't get them to remove the lien from the title. I cannot obtain plates, tags, registration, and a title for this vehicle, and I will not be able to sell it until the lien is removed. Coggin Nissan at the Avenues has got to be the worst dealership I've ever had to deal with! More

If you need parts, please go find another dealership! The parts manager is incompetent and doesn't care about the average customer off the street. I ordered a part about a week ago. I have made 3 attempts to find the status of my order, each time they have problems looking up my order, then they finally come back with it's not here yet. When you ask for an ETA, they say our manager will have to look it up and get back to you. Of course, the manager is never there, he doesn't work the weekends and he's always at lunch. They then take your information for the manager to contact you, and no one ever calls you back. Finally, I call in today only to find out that online orders sit in a que waiting for the manager to process them and he hasn't done that all week, so it's a week later and the incompetent fool has not even ordered my part yet. I will never use them again. More
