Bought a used Nissan Frontier from Coggin Nissan on March 14...upon getting it home I disoverd it had a missing radiator overflow cap and a few days later, it was diagnosed with a leaking heater core after n 14...upon getting it home I disoverd it had a missing radiator overflow cap and a few days later, it was diagnosed with a leaking heater core after nearly overheating. Either the Nissan dealership didn't bother to look over the used Nissan truck before listing it for sale or they knew about the leak and put it on the lot anyway. Oh, and fun fact, three weeks later I'm finding out my trade-in has not been paid off... the car I turned in for this used truck (that is no longer in my possession) is not paid off and now I'm getting notices from the loan company. I chose this place because I thought it would be better than going to a small car sale place... sadly, that is not the case and I do not recommend going with Coggin Nissan on Phillips Hwy as this experience has not been good. Employees are attentive to the customer as soon as they walk into their establishment and knowledgeable. Explains what is required by the customer once car is checked in, and how to respond once the text i walk into their establishment and knowledgeable. The establishment is clean and plenty of water, coffee and delicious popcorn! I bought a used car from the dealer and had a good experience overall. I was surprised after taking ownership to find that no basic maintenance (i.e. oil change, filters, etc.) had been done on the ca experience overall. I was surprised after taking ownership to find that no basic maintenance (i.e. oil change, filters, etc.) had been done on the car, but when I notified the dealer, they quickly got me in and took care of it- even giving me a loaner car while they did the maintenance. I would recommend this dealer and Billy in sales. More
