My first two visits were awesome which is why I'm still leaving Two stars. However, my last visit I took my car in With one working headlight they tried to charge me 1500 for the lights seeing as how my other repairs were already totaling almost $3000. I opted not to get the lights fixed this day Then, when I went to pick up my vehicle, I had no lights. I assumed that what the man told me about my wires being corroded was true, and that I no longer had lights however, a few days later, I was driving down the street with a friend of mine, telling him how I just spent 3000 at the dealership and I'm about to have to spend another 1500 to get my lights replaced. He told me to pull into the AutoZone and pop my hood. Less than a minute he was able to reconnect the light that was working when I went there as it had been left unhooked and removed from the hole. He was also able to see that the other light just had a blown bulb if the car was really inspected and looked over the way that it was supposed to be which I paid for, they should've known so either they didn't do the review over the car properly and just charged me for it or they did the review and decided the fee they were going to be paid to replace a lightbulb was a lot less than getting me to replace the entire unit for 1500 so they left my lights unhooked leaving me in a dangerous situation with no lights at all until I come out of pocket with $1500 I am beyond disappointed the whole reason why I got a new vehicle was because I kept getting crappy ones and people were doing repairs for me who were not legitimate mechanics and I ran into similar issues time and time again, which is why this time was going to be different I was going to buy a nice car in great shape and make sure that I use the dealership to do all the work yet and still I'm getting shade tree mechanic behavior from the dealership. If I can't go to the dealership to get where can I go and $1500 is so much more important to them than my safety Can I even go back More
