I visited a few other dealership, with similar products fitting my needs, but did not feel the same energy and enthusiasm Richard provided. Compared to the other sales representatives, Richard was genuine, friendly, and outgoing. This definitely played a role in my purchasing decision. The next day I decided I would purchase one of the vehicles Richard had shown me. He continued to provide exceptional service the entire time I was at the dealership. He even helped me return my rental car in a torrential downpoar, making sure I didn't experience any more of the elements than necessary. The day after purchase I need a Notary for paperwork I'd have to provide my bank. Although his dealership did not have one, he knew there was one available at Coggin Honda in their finance department. I met him at the Nissan dealership and he drove me to the Honda dealership so I could complete my paperwork.
