My experience with Freddie Mousa at Coggin Nissan on Atlantic Blvd. was great. Freddie has been in the business a long time and he delivers. I needed new tires for my car. Laurie gave me all the options on tires and recommended the ones she thought were best for what I was looking for. Freddy was awesome right off the bat, he made sure we got the rebates and did his best to put me in the car I wanted. I could not have asked for a better experience. Jason in Finance was also great! You could also offer a coupon book with these in them that say 10% -45% off certain services.That way you can track who comes back. I went to Richard Wright since he had sold my husband his Nissian Titan last year. From the moment I entered, Richard made me feel welcome. Initially, I came in only to view the inventory because I was interested in making a new car purchase. I explained my criteria to Richard, who was able to showacase the vehicles he had available that fit my needs. I explained I would visit other dealerships in the area to continue my search. He politely handed me his business card and thanked me for consideration. I visited a few other dealership, with similar products fitting my needs, but did not feel the same energy and enthusiasm Richard provided. Compared to the other sales representatives, Richard was genuine, friendly, and outgoing. This definitely played a role in my purchasing decision. The next day I decided I would purchase one of the vehicles Richard had shown me. He continued to provide exceptional service the entire time I was at the dealership. He even helped me return my rental car in a torrential downpoar, making sure I didn't experience any more of the elements than necessary. The day after purchase I need a Notary for paperwork I'd have to provide my bank. Although his dealership did not have one, he knew there was one available at Coggin Honda in their finance department. I met him at the Nissan dealership and he drove me to the Honda dealership so I could complete my paperwork. I appreciate the genuine approach his style provides. he definitely exceeded my expectations for my new vehicle purchase. More
