Thanks to the Captial One program, I was able to purchase a brand new 2011 Nissan Pathfinder for the first time in my life and Nissan made it a extra special experience. I loved the follow-up the next day to schedule my first service visit and also the "Owe Me" item was placed on within the first week. I had an experience that so pleasant!!! Finally, the dearlership service shuttle drive Joyce Clark was awesome as well. She made me laugh, cry and enjoy the experience as well.. Great Job Nissan and staff, I will be back!!! My husband and I were about halfway looking for a new car. We were driving an Aviator,and our gas mileage was killing us. We went to Autotrader.com to get a quote for the Aviator, and within only a fe car. We were driving an Aviator,and our gas mileage was killing us. We went to Autotrader.com to get a quote for the Aviator, and within only a few minutes, we got a call from James, looking to help, and help he did. We have had a few dings on our credit, and were worried about getting financed. He promised he'd get us financed, and he did. He got us very close to where we wanted to be with payments, got us out from under that 10-mpg Aviator, and put us in a shiny new Altima. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with James, with Coggin Nissan on Atlantic - with my entire experience. Up until now, I've been somewhat cynical with regards to having to buy a car. I've had promises made to the moon and back, only to be not kept. James kept every single promise he made, and then some. Do yourself a favor - if you are looking for a good, honest car salesman, and a good, honest dealership, make the drive to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic. They'll make a believer out of you, too! More
The dealership did not get all 4 or 5's because we were asked on multiple occassions to come in and fill out more documents because we either were told to fill out wrong ones or they forgot to have us sign asked on multiple occassions to come in and fill out more documents because we either were told to fill out wrong ones or they forgot to have us sign others. Additonally, we were told on more than 1 occasion things that were incorrect. for example during the financing piece - although we had financing before going to the dealership we were told that they would get us a better rate, which they did not, a different local bank, which it ended up being our bank, and having them do the papwerwork will ensure that we can purhase the warranities and maintenance plans, which we were not able to do in the end. we had to go back, sign documents for a loan we were already approved for, at our bank and had the check but was told it was easier their way; NOT for me it was a hassle because after we went back the 3rd time to sign paper work i got a call that weekend asking us to go back because they forgot a form. Not to mention i was dissapointed that we could not get the maintenance package we wanted, but JP kept saying its okay because your payment went down, NOT THE POINT!! Henry was good and the only reason the score was not lower. He attended to what we wanted, was there when we called, and try to help us everystep of the way. the straight talk is what we liked but got a little annoyed with the song and dance but we know that is a part of the sales role. Henry was a good guy! More

I had only had the car for a week and noticed the dome light did not work when the passenger door was opened so I brought the car into the service shop. She was very friendly and helpful both times and I will make sure to ask for her anytime I need to return. More
