This dealership and especially Stacy in service department is the reason why I am Nissan's customer for life. I experienced major car issue with a car I had bought brand new from another dealer. In addition to vehicle, I purchased Nisssan factory extended warranty. After a month of negotiaions, I could not even get a confirmation of what level of extended warranty I had purchased. Talking to service department made me feel like they didn't even want to talk to me, unless I agreed to pay repairs out of pocket. I finally called Coggin Nissan at Atlantic, got Stacy on the phone and a week later, my car was completely repaired. They replaced a my engine, did all the work and took care of couple of recalls the original dealer did not mention. My next vehicle purchase and any needed service will be at Coggin Nissan. WONDERFUL service @ this dealership!! Went in for a routine oil change/tire rotation. Found out we needed new tires. We knew the time was coming we just weren't expecting it then. We were making a huge road trip, since we were moving so, we had to get the tires. This was all happening 2 days before we were moving and we had a very hectic schedule. Well, I drove into this dealership in a 2007 Ford Expedition XLT. After discussions with Mr. Grey, who asked me why I needed a truck, I couldn't think one good reason. I wound up purchasing a 2009 Ni Expedition XLT. After discussions with Mr. Grey, who asked me why I needed a truck, I couldn't think one good reason. I wound up purchasing a 2009 Nissan Maxima, the very first import vehicle I have ever owned. You see, I ALWAYS bought American. Well, no more. Form here on out I am buying the best value. I am very pleased with the Maxima and the service department as well. The amount I spend on fuel has been reduced by more than 1/2 and the car is FUN to drive. What more can one want? My next Nissan will be a Murano. More

This was the quickest and easiest car purchase experience I have ever had. The salesman, Jason did an excellent job. He was very honest and straight forward. I felt very comfortable. Sometimes car salesmen put pressure on you; I felt no pressure with Jason. I went in to trade my Nissan Altima for another Altima. I knew that it would be difficult due to the balance vs what my car was actually worth. I was upside down in my car. Jason explained very clearly to me that it would be difficult to put me in an Altima due to my situation, however he offered an alternative of the Sentra. I absolutely love the car.
