Had the worst service ever. I was in the market for a new or used car. I had my own financing and they allowed me to leave the Atlantic dealership without assisting me twice. I actually got a car from Nissan on Phillips (excellent service)after leaving Atlantic for a 2nd time within a week. My new car was pulled from nissan on atlantic 10 minutes after I left atlantic I went to phillips. The salesman at Atlantic walked ahead of us did not talk to us and gave me the keys to sit in my now suv. He gave no details and walked ahead of me back to the show room. I went directly to phillips and they drove me over to test drive the car I purchased that night. More

Richard and Heath made the experience friendly, informative and very professional. From the test drive to the Finance Department, everthing went smoothly. Although I don't have the name of the finance manager with whom I dealt, he was quite cordial and successful in offering me extended warranties, protection and service packages without being overbearing. He presented them quite effectively, and those I purchased were my decisions based upon his knowledgeable descriptions of their benefits.
