I purchased my 2012 Maxima a few months ago and needed to get an oil change yesterday 9/5/12, so I stopped by Coggin Nissan on Atlantic. This was my first visit to their service department and received excellent customer service. Susan Kay assisted me with entering all my information and answering all my questions. She was very friendly, fast and introduced me to Jeremy in the service department for a future service inquiry. Jeremy was very courteous and did a great job explaining the process for the future service needed. Also there was a lady with a yellow shirt and glasses that was very nice (didn’t get her name). Overall the level of service I received from the service department was excellent and I highly recommend them for your service needs. More

After a about three weeks of research and contacting different dealerships, Coggin Nissan Atlantic not only offered the best price, but were very timely in their response to my questions. Some dealerships took over a week to respond to my questions, after both phone and e-mail contact! Also, when I contacted Mr. Henry Gray and Rodney Hayes, they informed up front the price did not include the dealer installed options, but then clearly explained what the dealer installed options included. I asked for an itemized walk-out the door price; I received it within 30 minutes. The customer service I received from Henry Gray and the staff when I arrived and after the sale is a lesson that other dealerships should learn! More
We stopped by ready to buy a Nissan Rogue. We were treated very poorly by the sales manager and the trade in value we were given was a slap in a face. The experience with your dealership was great. I went in with the numbers I needed to be at and they made it happen. My salesman Robert, was fantastic. Ms.Laurie Beck and service Manager Jim Jernigan were very helpful and understanding. They really understood my unfortunate situation when my Armada had problem with the brakes, which was repaired with the sa helpful and understanding. They really understood my unfortunate situation when my Armada had problem with the brakes, which was repaired with the same problem about three years ago.Though its out of warranty, they were able to help me out by not charging me for parts and gave me a 20% discount on the labor cost.They took their time to make arrangement with Nissan through the Nissan relief assistance to get me some relief on my brake repairs. Just being loyal customer with this dealership they continously provide me a better service and outstanding support with my needs. Thank you Jim and Laurie. More

I roamed the lot while Frank and Henry patiently waited for me to pick what I liked. Both were very friendly and professional, which is refreshing considering some past experiences purchasing other cars. We all know it can be a nightmare, but not this one! Finally for once I felt like I stole from them vs. them stealing from me with the deal I worked out. The car is absolutley fabulous! I can't say enogh about the car or the service i recieved. I am a 19 year Active Duty Navy Sailor, and I would recommend this dealership and Henry or Frank to my own Mother to buy a car. More
