Great experience! This is the second car I've purchased from Coggin Nissan on Atlantic and it keeps getting better. Robert, Jose (sales manager) and Daniel, (finance manager), went out of their purchased from Coggin Nissan on Atlantic and it keeps getting better. Robert, Jose (sales manager) and Daniel, (finance manager), went out of their way to help me when I realized that I wasn't happy with my purchase. I initially "settled" for a 2013 base model Altima, but then came back a few days later to sign some more paperwork and admitted to them that I "hated" my car. They didn't have to work with me, but they went out of their way to make me happy. Robert came in on his day off to help me and I left with a 2013 Altima SV-Conv that I absolutely LOVE! Thank you! My experience was a great one. Willie was outstanding in every detail of his job. He made my experience awesome since I hadn't had good car buying experiences in the past. A customer's stay at a car dealership should never be over 2 hours....we are not purchasing a house (this statement is directly related to management and finance department). I think that if dealerships incorporate the concept that Carmax has it would make the customer's buying experience a great one everytime. I went to Nissan because I have dealt with them in the past. I contacted Coggin NIssan on Atantic by email, informing them of my decison to purchase a car. Richard Wright emailed me right back and offer past. I contacted Coggin NIssan on Atantic by email, informing them of my decison to purchase a car. Richard Wright emailed me right back and offered his assistance. I returned his email stated the car I was looking for and desired options. He in turn emailed me a list of cars from which I chose one I would like. I made an appointment with him the next morning. Richard was extremely helpful, and showed me several cars that fit my specifications. I had intended to finance with another lender, but after the numbers were returned to us of an offer, Richard insisted I try Nissan's financing. Due to this extra effort on his part, not only did I get my car, but a full bumper to bumper warranty, and a 60 month loan instead of the 72 months.
