I went to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic after printing a coupon online. "Thinking I was getting a great deal". After I got there, and ask to see the salesman which was listed on the coupon. We waited a few coupon online. "Thinking I was getting a great deal". After I got there, and ask to see the salesman which was listed on the coupon. We waited a few min for him. Soon someone by the name of Jason came to see us, for the salesman listed was busy doing a commerical. Jason was very helpful, informative and patient. He showed us around without being pushy, and allowed us to make our decision. Once we came to agreement on what we were looking for and decided to purchase, we changed our mind. He still remained very professional. Finally we decided on a Nissan Altima which was the floor model, and we're very pleased with it and we also got a better deal than the discount online. Thank you Jason Smith, I will be sending folks your way. More
I am a 21 year old male a first time buyer. I went to nissain becuase I was referred by my mother. I was so excited becasue this is my first car. I never knew what question I needed to ask when buying a nissain becuase I was referred by my mother. I was so excited becasue this is my first car. I never knew what question I needed to ask when buying a used car. I knew htat I wanted a car that would be low maintance and good on gas. Granted I am 6'3 and I was not aware that I would be uncomfortable untl after driving it home from work for about 15 minutes. I went back to the dealership to see if they could switch me out to different car keep in mind this was less than 24 hours and I was told by Antonio that they could not take the car back to come back after I have made the first payment. I went to another dealership to see if they would put me in another car at that piont I was told that car was in an accident back in May 2007 on the left handside which this information was never disclosed to me at all. Now it has been two weeks and my bumper is coming completely off and I took the car back to Antoino 07/25/2013 he said that it came from me hitting a curve or letting someone ellse drive my car. I told him I park on the grass and i drive to work and nobody has been driving my car, but he was willing to pay half, but if you said I damage the car why are you willing to pay half becuase he knew i it was never fixed. They had me to sign a lot of paper but never explained to me what a carmax report is, so I signed this not know what I was signing for and at all this time they knew and fail to provide me with this information. Now how is it yesterday I went back to the dealership and spoke with Antonio the manager and when I proceeded to tell him that the car was in an accident and it was hit on the left side how i was informed by another dealership he said that's not true it was hit on the right side but he said it was not in an accident if he knew this right off why did he not tell me because I came in the dealership with a cashier check from my back and it was all about making a sale! on yesterday as I was speaking with Antiono and he was very unprofessional yelling at me telling me to get off the phone I advised him I was talking to my moter and she asked me why was he yelling. Now I am placing a verbal complaint againt Nissana and we are sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau and Ken Amaro with the Channel 12 to place a complaint as well. I tried to get my credit union to stop payment but they said they was not sure if the check would be stopped its different from a personal bank account. I am going to tell eveybody not to buy a car here this is my worst experience. More
My experience at Coggin Nissan on Atlantic. I originally went to another Coggin Nissan on Cassat, being that I live on the Westside near Orange Park and I was interested in the 2013 Altima. Lets just say th went to another Coggin Nissan on Cassat, being that I live on the Westside near Orange Park and I was interested in the 2013 Altima. Lets just say the sales person there was very rude and dispassionate and basically didn't want to deal with me because I wouldn't accept the price that they tried to sell the Altima for. I received a phone call from Victor and he told me that if I come to his store he would make it worth my drive. We all know that salesmen will tell you anything to get you to come to their store and I actually blew him off. A week later on a whim I decided to go to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic and I was introduced to Richard Wright. Richard was awesome!!! he made me feel like I was a valuable customer and person. He really bent over backwards to help me get the car and the color that I wanted (2013 Nissan Altima). He didn't make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale or make me settle on a car that I didn't really want. He even called to wish me Happy Birthday, which is today by the way. Purchasing a new vehicle and receiving the best customer service from Richard Wright is the bestest Birthday present ever. I will tell all my friends and family to take the drive across town to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic and make sure they see Richard Wright because it will be well worth it. PS- I really want to thank the sale person at the Coggin Nissan on Cassat for treating me the way that he did, because he was the reason I ended up at the Coggin Nissan on Atlantic. Thank You James C.!!!! More

After shopping for a used Titan for a while it was nice to be able to cut out the normal xx and negotiate a price in a straight-forward manner. Victor Ng was very helpful and prompt in getting to a reasonable purchase price via phone and e-mail. Joey Spanbauer was helpful and courteous in helping us pickup the vehicle and the expediting paperwork to get us out the door. Thanks again to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic. More
There are NO WORDS to describe how awesome these people are. I was newly moved to the city of Florida from New York with no car. I found them online and described my situation and they assured me that I wo are. I was newly moved to the city of Florida from New York with no car. I found them online and described my situation and they assured me that I would be able to walk out with a car on a Sunday (when most banks are closed). My situation was desperate because if i did not get the car on that particular day, i would be stranded a whole three hours away from where I needed to be. Since I was in New York, Brian Gaffney decided to get all the heavy work out of the way by having me process all of my paperwork via fax and email. I thought that was so awesome!!! From pay stubs to everything. He processed me with no problems. I appreciated that because I got a realistic look at my situation and what they can and cannot do for me. He kept me up to date every hour that there was an update. He ensured that when I got to the lot I would simply be picking out a car and leaving. While Brian Gaffney was scheduled to be off that particular day, he came in just to finish the whole process with me and ensure that everything goes smoothly. When I got there, while there were some minor details to be handled, they worked a MIRACLE for me. I say a miracle because everything for me was borderline to barely there. Somehow, they kept me calm (and even gave me some wonderful sweet potato pie which I am now HOOKED to). I have already referred my cousin and others because they made a way out of a seemingly impossible situation. Thanks COGGIN NISSAN; more specifically thanks BRIAN GAFFNEY!!!!! More
My daughter was buying a 2013 Nissan Patherfinder this past Friday. Received a quote of $35,000 (cash) inclusive out the door. My daughter received a call from the sales person on Saturday to follow up on past Friday. Received a quote of $35,000 (cash) inclusive out the door. My daughter received a call from the sales person on Saturday to follow up on her decision. She said yes and would be down on Sunday to purchase the vehicle at the price quoted on Friday night. I (father) was asked by my daughter to meet her at the dealership at noon. We were meeting with Willie(very pleasant person) to purchase the car. Willie needed the approval of the person in charge that day and was told no deal, since it was only valid for Friday night. The person in charge told my daughter it would be $36,000 not $35,000 period. No other counter offer from him. My daughter said no and then we left. We went to another Nissan dealership and to her surprise there was the same vehicle with added extra's, such as the 2 DVD's plus tow kit for for under $36,000 She also purchased the extended warranty at an additional cost. It amazes me ( been in sales for over 30 years) that for $1,000, $ 35,000 (Cash) went out the door. The dealership must be having a great month. I wish my business was that great that I can turn away business. More
I was dead set on buying a Nissan Rogue when my husband and I came across a Nissan Murano Cross Cabriolet while looking at Rogues with Tony. Tony let us take it for a ride with the top down and up on qui and I came across a Nissan Murano Cross Cabriolet while looking at Rogues with Tony. Tony let us take it for a ride with the top down and up on quite a few occasions. Once we took it for a spin, I was immediately hooked! Tony was ever so patient when we came back due to my trepidations of all of our luggage not fitting in the trunk, which coincidentally it did! He was very pleasant to deal with and at no point overbearing (which was a huge concern of ours when we first stepped onto the lot). He even negotiated a lower price for us which in essence sealed the deal. We did find a glitch with the soft top, but it was fixed in no time and working better than it did before. Lee in the service department was extremely gracious and accommodating while my car was being fixed. I absolutely love my car and would highly recommend Coggin Nissan on Atlantic. More
My boyfriend and I came to Nissan with a positive attitude, wanting to maybe buy TWO cars. After realizing that the Altima I was interested in was "unknowingly" involved in a minor accident, I asked attitude, wanting to maybe buy TWO cars. After realizing that the Altima I was interested in was "unknowingly" involved in a minor accident, I asked for their help in locating one with a clean car fax. After Jose said he would go look for one, I returned to find him in the office sitting on youtube, and another manager came out and told me that I would need to come in the next day to view it because it was in Orlando. I understand the Altima was not available, but I would like a follow up with the manager who talked to me in the first place. My boyfriend found a cpo Altima which he was very interested in, and us knowing the value of the vehicle via Kbb, Edmunds, etc, they stood firm on the price, not negotiating at ALL, and that turned us away. I'm not sure why they ask US if we're flexible and give me a hard time when I say I don't wanna talk about money, but they are not flexible whatsoever. The lady helping us was very nice and helpful, but I think she was still in training. There may be good salesman here, but my experience was uncomfortable and stressful. More
