He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, polite, fun, and just made buying a car easy! To start off, we had a leased car that we needed to trade in...all he said when he heard that we had a lease to trade-"no problem. consider it done". When we went out for a test drive, he explained all the in's and out's of the car. Any question my wife or I had-he knew the answer to. When the time came to figure out some numbers, there wasn't any running back and forth to the manager trying to make the numbers work, and trying to push pennies. He came with two prices-the original price, and then the price that we wanted and asked for...no questions asked. he told us exactly how much, what was going to cost and how he got the payment that wanted, and throughout the entire experience, my wife and I were totally relaxed, and actually enjoyed spending time there with Daniil. With the amount of effort and knowledge that Daniil showed my wife and I, I wouldn't be surprised if he was promoted to a managerial position within the near future, which I honestly think is something that Coggin should look into. If there were more employees like Daniil Ushenko working in the management department, then buying cars would be much easier experience as a whole, and we as customers would only benefit from it! More
