Smith was re I purchased a new car yesterday from Coggins Nissan on Atlantic Ave and am extremely pleased with the entire experience. My salesman C.J. Smith was recommended to me and I am ever so glad that he was working yesterday. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to get me the car at a Great price. He was not pushy or high pressured and went out of his way to locate the car with all the options that I was looking for and had it delivered to his dealership. He also took the time to teach me about all about the high tech features in my new car. Everyone knows that car buying can be stressful but C.J. made it a positive and pleasant experience. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership and I highly recommend C. J. Smith for a salesman who truly works very hard to please his customers. Thank you again C.J. for the excellent service provided and for making me One Happy Woman riding around in my new 2016 Nissan Rogue. You are an asset to Coggins Nissan! More

Proffessional con artists This is the worst business I have ever had to deal with. Was sold a "certified" car that had frame damage and other issues that were not disclosed by This is the worst business I have ever had to deal with. Was sold a "certified" car that had frame damage and other issues that were not disclosed by the dealership. When I tried to get this situation rectified, the managers were confrontational and refused to acknowledge there was a problem until I filed complaints and got Chase bank involved. Once they acknowledged the issues, the only solution they offered was to trade my car in for another car on their lot which would have left me more in debt than when I started. When I told them I wanted to sell the car to them and not ever deal with them again, they gave me a low ball offer and I was forced to sell the car to another party that actually paid me 1k more than the dealership offered. After filing more complaints with Chase bank I got a call from the bank saying the dealership was offering to buy the car for 2k more than they originally offered. At this point I had already sold the car to the other party and this offer was useless to me. Now, over 6 weeks later, I am struggling with the finance department to get the refunds from the service contracts I purchased. I was originally told that the refunds would be in my hands in 10 days and called back about 2 weeks later to make sure everything was going according to plan. To my dismay I found out that the papers that I signed to get me the refunds had never even been submitted! I had to waste my time and gas to go back up to Jacksonville to sign the same paper and was told that it could be 4-6 weeks before I get the refunds. My experience with Coggin Nissan on Atlantic has been one of aggressive salesmen (Brian), rude management (Will, Antoine and others), outright lies and fraud. Buyer beware! More

Very dishonest James(new car)had been calling mi in regards to purchasing a new 2016 370Z for the past several weeks.On 9/18/2015 he called and agreed to price,3 yea James(new car)had been calling mi in regards to purchasing a new 2016 370Z for the past several weeks.On 9/18/2015 he called and agreed to price,3 years maintenance,3 months lease buyback..It was a rainy day and he urged me to come on in.After making arrangements to go there James greeted us and said "let's get the paperwork started".I said lets first go over our verbal agreement.When we got to the 3 year maintenance he said I don't know if we can do that.We proceeded to drive out when another salesman chased us down and said they would take care of us.Back in we went.They then offered us 2 year maintenance and we left the dealership.30 minutes later James called and promised they would honor the original agreement.Back we went.After filling out initial paperwork he said he would be right back.While waiting my wife went to look Arcaro.She came right back and told me I needed to go look ai bumper that it had surface scratches.I went and sure enough it was scratched up.Waled to room where James and a couple of other employees were looking at computer screen.I informed them about scratches and they showed no surprise.They acted as if they already knew..The employee sitting at computer said"at the price we are selling the car at we can't do anything else.This was a $47,000.00 car.We left the dealership in total disbelief.This automotive group(Asbury)will tell you anything to get you in their dealership.I would definitely say they are dishonest from the top down.Their words mean nothing to them.BEWARE!!!! More
Decent service for such a large dealership. They can get busy and the express lane for an oil change can be not so fast. But they will tell you if it is going to be a long wait. The staff was friendly and they wash your car and do tire rotation for free on top of an oil change. More
