Dishonest Dealership This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I felt pressured into buying a vehicle and then bribed into completing a survey I didn’t want t This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I felt pressured into buying a vehicle and then bribed into completing a survey I didn’t want to complete. I was promised a 100.00 for completing the survey and of course I never received the money after I completed it. I paid extra to have a navigation system installed. The system shut down while I was getting my oil changed at the dealership. It worked fine when I took it in but wouldn’t even turn on when I picked the vehicle up after the oil change was done. Of course they failed to tell me. I discovered it as I was driving off. They told me they were not going to fix it and basically it was my problem. I paid 600.00 to have the system installed to now be told it’s not their responsibility to fix. It worked when I took it in so I can’t understand how they think it’s not their responsibility to fix. Customer service is the worst. I would never, ever buy another vehicle from this dealership. I am also going to spread the word to family and friends so they won’t buy from this dishonest dealership. Service Technician Review Laurie Beck is awesome however the service technicians informed me of all of these issues with my vehicle , In which technically there were no problem Laurie Beck is awesome however the service technicians informed me of all of these issues with my vehicle , In which technically there were no problems with my vehicle. I had to pay out of my pocket more than I should have. I am very disappointed and may incur more problems with my vehicle namely my engine because of the the job in which the technicians done on my vehicle and trying to get more money out of me than they should. Laurie is excellent however even with that if I can't trust in the fact that myself as a customer namely a woman won't be cheated out of paying more than I have I'll take my vehicle elsewhere. More

Dishonest, uses scare tactics to force a sale. Decided to purchase our lease after 36 months. These guys tried so many scare tactics to get us to give up the lease and buy a "new" car. We are told Decided to purchase our lease after 36 months. These guys tried so many scare tactics to get us to give up the lease and buy a "new" car. We are told the potential cars were new and never registered only to find that they were fleet vehicles this dealer purchased at auction in TN. Both had previous owners. They told us many times our car has no value.."maybe 3-5k in equity" when in reality the car is worth 15-20k more. Told us we had no warranty in order to scare us into a new car when our car has 5yr/60k mile remaining. Nelly was very nice although she had little to do with the entire sale process. Dishonest dealer, but not the first time we have experienced this with them specifically. More
