I purchased my car brand new at this dealership brand new and also purchased the extended warranty and the plan which gave me all oil changes free of charge for several years (7?). I called the dealership months before the expiration to make sure I didn't miss the last free one. The service person evidently gave me the WRONG date as when I called to schedule, I was told the information given was incorrect and they would not honor it. That was irritating to say the least. Then recently I was sent a coupon for the Wednesday only servicing deal and called before the coupon deadline to schedule for the following Wednesday as I could not make it today. Even after I reminded him of the error on their part which caused me to miss a FREE oil change, he would not budge. I told him I would not be back! UPDATE I really should have spoken to the very nice service manager before hanging up. Chris Dhanpaul couldn’t be nicer and helpful and took care of me completely. This was my first bad experience with them. They have taken care of my car for many years and I’ve been very happy up until this incident. More
I can’t even express how happy, Lauren Shepherd made me on today. I lost my dad over a year ago, and came back to Jacksonville after his death. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Manager does not return the phone calls. Service people do not return phone calls. I dropped off my car came back the windshield was broken and they’re denyi does not return the phone calls. Service people do not return phone calls. I was told to have a repair and then they would reimburse me yeah right can’t get them to answer phone how to can I believe I get money out of them. Customer service is absolutely terrible I would use another Nissan dealer to use. More

I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough - specifically Perry Henry (sales) and Zach Wilson (finance)! This is the 3rd Nissan dealership I had spoken to in the Jacksonville area. I knew what I specifically Perry Henry (sales) and Zach Wilson (finance)! This is the 3rd Nissan dealership I had spoken to in the Jacksonville area. I knew what I wanted, and I knew what I could afford, and I did my research beforehand. The first thing that brought me here was, unlike the other dealerships I spoke with, Coggin wasn't charging a markup on MSRP (the other dealerships called this a "market adjustment fee") due to the low inventory. Every other dealership was charging $3,500 minimum, on top of the base price (non-negotiable). But once I started working with Perry, I can't imagine having gone anywhere else (regardless of whether they charged that fee or not)! I would say about 80% of the deal was done via text, and one or two phone calls. He was super responsive, and extremely patient. As a single girl, I was dreading the process of car shopping. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past, but this could not have been more different! There was no pressuring sales tactics, no unsolicited phone calls, and one of the first conversations I had on the phone, Perry was so candid and upfront, that it immediately put me at ease about the whole process (up till that point, my experience with every other dealership I'd worked with was making me question if I should just put this off, and wait another year or two). Once the papers were signed and I was waiting for the car to come in on the truck, I think I must have texted Perry every day checking to see if it was in yet. And on days I didn't text him, he'd send a quick update letting me know that he checked the lot that morning, and had his eye out for the delivery truck. I will 1000% go back to these guys in the future if/when I'm in the market for a new car again. The whole experience was so easy and straightforward, and honestly, enjoyable! And I didn't think I would EVER refer to new car buying as enjoyable! More
