Service Department Does Not Care About Customers-No Followup My elderly father (79 years old) has been having his oil changed for the Nissan car he purchased at this dealership for many years. In July of this y My elderly father (79 years old) has been having his oil changed for the Nissan car he purchased at this dealership for many years. In July of this year, he became very ill and asked the I bring his car in for an oil change. A couple of days after, he noticed a large oil spot in his driveway and garage. He took his car to his mechanic and was told that he had lost a lot of oil because when the oil was changed there was a plug that was not properly closed. I visited the dealership and informed them of this and asked for reimbursement for the amount that he paid his mechanic to look at the car and add oil. I provided a copy of the receipt and asked that the Chris Dhaupaul contact me. Never received a phone call, followed up and Mr. Dhaupaul asked that I e-mail the receipt. I asked that he reply and let me know he received the info. He never contacted me. I followed up again and he said he had handed it over to his Service Manager, Shawn Moore. I asked what that meant and he never responded. I contacted Mr. Moore a couple of days ago and requested a return call. To date, he has failed to contact me. I am thankful that my Dad's car was not damaged because of this negligence as well as thankful that he nor my mom were not hurt or inconvenienced as he usually has his oil changed at this Coggin Nissan dealership before driving to visit me (5 hours from Jacksonville). The lack of care and follow-up on this service negligence issue for a long-term customer is totally unacceptable. More
2018 Nissan Rogue Midnight Edition I dropped into Coggin Nissan on Atlantic after seeing all the great deals which Nissan had on the Rogue. My only intention was to check it out and take one for a test drive. I got a deal I couldn’t pass up, especially for my trade-in, a 2005 Frontier Crew Cab. Worked with Bryan Shannon in sales who is very personable and knowledgeable on the product. Worked with Eddie from Houston in finance (sorry, can’t remember his last name) who explained everything available to me withe pros and cons. Overall, an excellent experience! More

I’m a mother of 3 children so I needed space but I also didn’t want to be pre I went to Coggin Nissan because I wanted to upgrade my current vehicle. I’m a mother of 3 children so I needed space but I also didn’t want to be pressured into buying something that was over my budget. Wayne Bolai was very pleasant and patient from the beginning. He listened to what I needed and wanted and was able to narrow down my choices for me. He made sure that the car I purchased was reliable and well within my budget. It was almost effortless. I was dreading the whole finance process which usually takes a long time but that was also very well coordinated and painless. I ended up buying a Nissan Pathfinder and I couldn’t be more pleased. My kids were excited for the upgrade from my 2007 Toyota Sienna. I know where I’m going the next time I have to upgrade my vehicle. Thank you Wayne! My kids thank you as well. More
Worst sales experience ever! Seems like the worst car sales experience has always been with Coggin companies. I know I had issues with my credit, but anything is possible. I had already been approved for a Volkswagen Passat with $500 down at another dealership. I looked and saw a Nissan Altima SL with tech package I liked so I put in a request on website. I was at work and contacted by Tony internet manager. I said I could be in after work 7pm and she said I will get the keys and have it waiting for you. I asked for a few different pictures of the car and salesman Brian Van Etten text them to me. I then asked to be qualified before I cancelled my sale with Volkswagen. He sent me the credit app and I filled it out. A little while later he said we can get you approved on the car and see you later tonight. I cancelled my Volkswagen sale. I showed up after work and walked in and Brian said I have 3 models of the Altima to show you, none of them were the one that I had selected and told they would have the keys ready for me. So, he showed me numbers on the car that I really did not want, but I saw another I would be happy with and hw went to get numbers. He then came back ad said do you have 2 repos, and I said yes, that is why I asked you earlier if I could be approved and you said yes. After 1 and half hours and working a 10 hour day, he tells me is there anything I can do. I was very upset that this could have been avoided and I could have gotten the Volkswagen Passat I was approved for. Then he tells me well appointments get cancelled all the time, but I told him that there were other people interested in the Passat I had been pre approved. I will never go to another Coggin/Ashbury dealership again. More
