This store is a member of our Chamber of Commerce and we like to shop with members. So, I e-mailed the GM, Todd Seth about it. He had Dan the used car manager call me with details on the truck and we even went over pricing and payments. We set an appointment to go test drive on Friday. We got there the truck was waiting for us. We drove it and then came in and filled out some paperwork, talked about about pricing with the Finance lady, we went to her office and everything was as we talked about, no hidden fees, no numbers had changed and she got us a lower percentage rate. We have NEVER had such a great experience when purchasing a vehicle! There was no games, no back and forth, no taking our keys and holding us hostage, We could not believe how honest and straight forward the dealer was. We actually felt good doing this deal, and that is a first time for that. We never even thought of the Coggin Group for used cars, but now we will be telling everyone we know about this dealer and how great they are to deal with.
