Cheryl is a class act. She is very helpful and actually it was not until I spoke with her when I had my 2002 Honda Civic SI in for service about a month ago did I find out the management has change at Cogg it was not until I spoke with her when I had my 2002 Honda Civic SI in for service about a month ago did I find out the management has change at Coggin. We had a bad experience back in 2008 in the sales department and hadn't bought another car from Coggin until I just recently. Her description of how the new owner won't put nothing on his lot unless it is a certified car was helpful information. We actually ended up buying a brand new Honda instead of a used car. When I had my 2002 Honda Civic SI in for service, she took great care in contacting me with other issues found on my car and was very descriptive in what it would cost and when it would be ready. All on time and to the penny. We then dropped my wifes 1998 Honda off for repairs just last week and she actually put the mechanic on the phone to go over the issues with it. I thought that was great as you can get the exact diagnosis from the person who was actually doing the work on the car. I would recommend anyone to use Coggins Service department. It is top shelf. If they are not paying Cheryl enough, they should because we will always come back because of her thorough job from begining to end of the whole service experience. No one likes to bring there cars in for serive, but if they have to bring it in, they should take it to Coggin Honda. The waiting area is 2nd to none and the people at Coggin Honda are all top shelf. More
I was shown all options that I could afford and no pressure to what to do. It was a perfect sale for my new auto and no pain involved. I worked for 3 years for another honda dealership in Vero Beach and it is from day and night with Coggins to deal with, so much better experience even as a prior employee at the other dealership I still got over charged on the prior Honda purchase by the other dealership Vatland Honda in Vero Beach. I was not expecting to find my wife's dream car all the way up in Ft. Pierce (I live 90 miles South of them). Nor was I expecting to get the best deal of all of the 20+ dealerships I contacted. Linda contacted me based on an online used car inquiry, but we couldn't find the exact one my wife wanted (Pilot EX-L Bali Blue w/ gray leather). Turns out they had a 2012 in stock that met all the criteria. They gave me a very very VERY fair 'out the door' price. How fair? So fair, I used the savings to buy the 8 year/100,000 0-deductible Platinum extended warrenty. On top of that wonderful service, I then met with Mrs. Giles in the finance department who was so friendly, open, honest, funny, everything you could possibly hope for. She put me at ease and even gave me a little lesson on depreciating assets. Not only will I drive 90 miles North to do business with them again, I'll do it smiling...and driving my new 2010 Pilot EX-L. Ed Purchase IV More

I visited the service dept. on 8-4-11 and 8-11-11. First visit, I discussed the need of 4 new tires. I was told I could get a $200. discount on 4 tires, since I only had 15,000 miles. I returned 8-11-11 and asked for 4 tires,, but with a better discount, considering the mere 15,000 miles on the car. I was told HONDA would only give the $200. deal. I asked Cheryl to try again. Glenn, the service manager at Coggin, came out, was immediately rude and said to me he heard me the first time. I repeated what I asked for again, since he did not answer me. He was so rudeand obnoxious. "That's all Honda will give". I also asked about the recall, which was coming out 8-31-11. Glenn said "What about it?" That is not a way to speak to a customer. Where did he get his customer service training? Or do service managers get to speak anyway they wish? Cheryl was at least respectful. I did not mmet Dale, since he corresponded only by email to Coggin Honda Ft. Pierce Service Dept., and I doubt he ever was contacted by Cheryl or Glenn to see if he could do any better on the 4 tires, because I never heard from Cheryl again. She had told me she'd let me know, but it would take 2-3 days to hear back from Dale. And strangely enough, today 8-29-11, I recieved a letter from Coggin Honda of Ft. Pierce, FL. recommeding tire replacment. The return address on the envelope was in Honda in Milwaukee. Needless to say, I would never do business again with that store. if they had been polite, I would have bought the tires. More
I've worked with this dealership for 10 years. I bought my first Honda Accord here 10 years ago and traded it in last Saturday with 293,892 miles on it and zero non-maintenance related expenses. I've had my Honda serviced here the past 10 years and know a large number of the staff both in sales and maintenance. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I give Coggin Honda top marks across the board. More
