I had been to four dealerships before coming to Coggin Honda, all of them were Kia and Hyundai dealerships, from Vero to West Palm. Almost all of the dealerships had made me less likely to purchase the ve Honda, all of them were Kia and Hyundai dealerships, from Vero to West Palm. Almost all of the dealerships had made me less likely to purchase the vehicle I had come to the dealership to test-drive just by their attitudes and how they treated me. Not at Coggin Honda; Linda was extremely helpful from my first phone call to delivery. She kindly went over my needs and was patient while I did my research as this was my first time buying a car. I finally chose the 2012 Honda Civic LX and I couldn't be happier. They made the whole experience very easy and stress-free. I will recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car! I took my car in for a timing belt replacement and was told it was going to be about $700 which included the water pump. I also asked could there be additional charges and was told maybe, but unlikely the told it was going to be about $700 which included the water pump. I also asked could there be additional charges and was told maybe, but unlikely the tensioner would need to be changed which is $165. We decided to go ahead with it. I received a call hours later that additional items needed replacement which would total about $1400 (double the original price). We decided not to go ahead with it since we could not afford it now since we have 3 children and another one on the way. I was told that I basically had to get it done because the car was taken apart and could not be put back without performing the job. I told them I had gotten estimates from other mechanics that had included the additional items and were alot less expensive than Honda's. I was told they would be honored. When I went to get the car, excuses were made to NOT take the estimates. I was very disappointed on how this was all handled by Honda. I purchased my car cash from Honda and after all the ordeal with using them, I will never buy a car from them or use their service department again. If this is how they treat their customers, I don't need the hassle. More
I would recommend this dealer as they have gone out of their way to make me happy. Different sales people besides Steve Scott have helped me. After another dealers service department was too busy to assist me with the purchase of four new tires i went to Coggin Honda. My service advisor Cheryl Stottlemire was great. Cheryl's attitude and manneri assist me with the purchase of four new tires i went to Coggin Honda. My service advisor Cheryl Stottlemire was great. Cheryl's attitude and mannerisms are excellent. She keeps you up to date on what's going on and suggests only needed servicing, for example an alignment. Not to mention she lets you know that your business is important. The price I received was also great, it was lower than 2 competitors. When it came time to pay for my car the service department had already closed so the receptionist finalized the transaction. Stephanie was equally as kind as Cheryl was to me. I will certainly return when I need servicing on one of my cars in the future. More
Went to dealership because check light came on while on vacation. The minute we pulled up a wonderful friendly woman greeted us. From then we had a short wait and then were introduced to a plethora of snac vacation. The minute we pulled up a wonderful friendly woman greeted us. Excellent service and some of the friendliest people I have ever met. We hugged Rick Ellis our service administrator AND Richard the service man who diagnosed the problem. More
From the moment we walked on the lot and was approached by Bren, the feeling that a new lease was coming. He took his time and explained everything to my wife in a clear and concise order. He convIced us that the Accord is the way to go as he deduced from our needs. Ricardo took over negotiations. He understood that I didn't want an immediate credit check until we came to s price. I was worried about monthly payments but car value. As I requested I was given the tissue price and we went from there. The calculation with no money down and a trade in that still had 8 months to go on a lease. The offer I looked at was totally acceptable and I am sure there was room to negotiate, but I'm not greedy and was treated with respect so I just said "fine". No back and firths. Just men creating a deal between other men. Great job!!! More

Had another awesome experience at Coggin Honda. I had a recall issue that was resolved in less time that was promised + they were able to correct another problem I mentioned in less time as well.
