I was presented with a purchase agreement, just their numbers on paper. As we "negotiated" there were hand written figures on this paper. The following day we were there all day and wound up with an employee closing the deal that called that document "hen scratching" and was writing the loan at the numbers we started with before negotiations. They scrambled quickly as we were walking out. My bad because I didn't get an actual purchase agreement up front, their bad that they would pull this BS and not honor the deal. My last visit to Coggin! More
