My appointment was for 10:00 got there at 9:45 the advisor assigned to my car told me to wait bc he had a 9:40 appointment ahead of me. It was 9:50 and he was just sitting and waiting for his “so-call advisor assigned to my car told me to wait bc he had a 9:40 appointment ahead of me. It was 9:50 and he was just sitting and waiting for his “so-call” appointment to show up. He told me to “wait on my sit until 10:00 o’clock and then he will take care of me. This was rude I was treated like a child. Is like I was there a ten minutes earlier, and his other appointment was ten minutes late. What’s the difference?? He could had taken care of my car and have the other person (if there was such person) wait ten minutes because they were late. BTW, I left at 9:55 and the “other person “ still didn’t show up. Rude advisor. Poor costumer care. I used to take my care there. Not no more I won’t More

We just moved to Port St Lucie and brought our van in for service. Horrific experience! Totally ripped me off in service. Avoid at all costs! Charged me $350 for tests which I had no idea about and I made su service. Horrific experience! Totally ripped me off in service. Avoid at all costs! Charged me $350 for tests which I had no idea about and I made sure to tell him not to do anything until I know the costs. Service guy told several lies to cover his xxx as if he told me. Women…beware!!! He never told me I was going to have to pay for refrigerant to run a test yet stuck me with a $350 bill for the refrigerant. Then told me I can’t run the AC without replacing the fan or my car will overheat. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of for being a woman. After the lies I was told I told them not to fix anything because I didn’t trust them, that’s when he stuck me with a $350 bill. Totally ripped off and now my AC doesn’t work at all. It worked fine while driving before but didn’t work while sitting still now no AC at all and leaving on vacation for 3 weeks. More
