The only negative remark I have is that we waited for almost three hours to get into the financing office, obviously by no fault of Ms. Vasquez but it appeared to me to be serious miscommunication between staff members. I watched several people who came in after us and who "closed the deal" after us, walk into the finance office before us. Overall the experience was great, although I would suggest that the financing process by reviewed, clients should not have to wait three hours. More
