Service Dept was fast and friendly. I was greeted at my car and personally taken to a service rep. I thought the price for the 15,000 mile service was very reasonable.The service reps continually inform th car and personally taken to a service rep. The Service dept itself it great.A separate room for watching a new movie with comfortable seats. Separate areas for reading and eating and free computer use. There are even snacks, fresh fruit, etc. I've been to many "high end" vehicle service depts and this beats most of them. First time having my car serviced was an "enjoyable" experience. More
I have owned a Civic now for 4 years, I love it. Not once have they tried to sell me something that I did not need. This last time I was there I was told that I need 2 front tires and brakes, but Kristin explained to me that while I needed them I could wait a little to due the fact that I did not have the funds, I appreciated the honesty and the awesome customer service. I am always asked if there is something they do can do for me while I wait, whether it be coffee, a newspaper etc. It is always a pleasure to go to Coggin and I will not take my car anywhere else. I definetly recommend a Honda to everyone More

Getha is there to make sure that you get where you need to go if you can wait on your car, and he'll even make sure you have fresh popcorn. They have recently refurbished the customer waiting area and it is outstanding. They have fresh coffee, fruit, sweet rolls and crackers all for your convenience. First run movies are playing on the TV and then there is always the complimentary carwash, too My only complaint about Coggin Honda is that they don't have a dealership in Fernandina Beach so I wouldn't have to drive 80 round trip miles to have my car serviced. But it is worth the trip. More

Sergiy was very knowledgable about the cars and listened to us so he knew exactly what we were looking for. He took us to the back and pulled the cars up next to each other so we could compare the features to us so he knew exactly what we were looking for.
