I have owned a Civic now for 4 years, I love it. Not once have they tried to sell me something that I did not need. This last time I was there I was told that I need 2 front tires and brakes, but Kristin explained to me that while I needed them I could wait a little to due the fact that I did not have the funds, I appreciated the honesty and the awesome customer service. I am always asked if there is something they do can do for me while I wait, whether it be coffee, a newspaper etc. It is always a pleasure to go to Coggin and I will not take my car anywhere else. I definetly recommend a Honda to everyone More

They have recently refurbished the customer waiting area and it is outstanding. They have fresh coffee, fruit, sweet rolls and crackers all for your convenience. First run movies are playing on the TV and then there is always the complimentary carwash, too My only complaint about Coggin Honda is that they don't have a dealership in Fernandina Beach so I wouldn't have to drive 80 round trip miles to have my car serviced. But it is worth the trip. More

I had been actively looking for a replacement vehicle for my daughter for over a month and feeling like there were no decent used vehicles to be found. I was originally getting ready to buy a totally different make of car, when I ran into a snag with the other car dealership on the trade in of my Honda Accord. I gave the GM at Coggin a call and explained my make of car, when I ran into a snag with the other car dealership on the trade in of my Honda Accord. I gave the GM at Coggin a call and explained my situation. He offered to buy my Accord outright or give me a better trade in on a New Honda. I went over to Coggin and out walks Tameka with a smile on her face and an a great personality to match. I let her know that I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but I did want to see if we could work things out and I could stay with the Honda family. She showed me a beautiful 2010 Civic that was on Special and then also let me look on the lot at the rest of their inventory. She was very patient while it took a few minutes for the light bulb to go on in my head, when I finally realized that the "Manager Special" was the best deal on the lot for me. She worked up a fantastic deal for me and I had a brand new car. When I went into the finanace department, I was expecting high pressure to pay for alot of extra stuff I really didn't believe that I needed. Jamie was great! He explained what they had to offer and also let me know I could pick and chose what I may want. I did add the car protectant package to help maintain the value of my new car.
