I was given a false diagnostics from a competitor, and I was referred to Penny at Coggin Honda to have another look at the car. About 2 hours later the technician and her came over to me and explained that was referred to Penny at Coggin Honda to have another look at the car. About 2 hours later the technician and her came over to me and explained that my fuel filter had a significant amount of buildup on it from using bad gasoline. I usually get my gas from Wal-Mart. They cleaned it and recommended using Chevron or Shell gas. The repair was less than 100 dollars, and that saved me 400 dollars compared to the other place. More
John was awesome start to finish. He wasn't pushy, just suggestive. He was in the new car part and had no problem walking us over and finding us a certified used car that we love. Went into service deptartment for battery replacement. Bobby Horward greeted me with kindness and a professional addtude. Customers seen to come and receive great care form him. Bobby Howard made me feel as if I will come next week just to get great service from a dealership for a change. And not feel as if cheated. Bobby Howard great job from Nathan. Keep it up. Your company may or make not know how you are helping them. I give you a five in all areas. Price was not out of range for 60% of 2007 battery. Once again remeber people are watching not just the ones that will send in a post to rate you and your company. I do recommend Kelly Mabrey with the highest regards to anyone even thinking about purchasing a car, he is the BEST. The only things I did not like was not closing the deal with Kelly I suppose it is the Coggins policy that you close the transaction with a manager, and Jim was great but I really didn't much care for that. Guess I am old school. More

Everytime i've taken my car to get serviced, I'm always greeted with excellent customer service and i feel like i'm the only customer getting my car serviced. I rate this dealer a 5 because I have been coming to this dealership since 2000. I currently live on the west side of town but prefer to visit coggin on atlantic . We have been Honda owners since 1992. We have come to expect nothing less than the best with a Honda, and nothing short of excellent customer service with a Honda Dealership. From the moment we met Homer Rollins, III we were greeted warmly and treated courteously. Homer was very attentive, and happily answered our questions and demonstrated the features of the different styles of the Honda CRVs which we were interested in. During the purchasing process, our interaction with David Mason, Finance Manager, and Ron Smith, Sales Manager was flawless. They are a credit to the company they represent. These gentlemen were all very interested in our satisfaction and they were able to provide an attractive offer for our trade-in and subsequent purchase of a 2010 CRV. This was not our first experience with Coggin Honda of Jacksonville, nor will it be our last. We purchased our Accord four years ago from Coggin Honda, and have continued to return with it for all scheduled services and maintenance; always receiving the highest level of customer service. A "thank you" also to Andrew Sims, Customer Service Manager. Andrew is a very busy man, however, our observations have been that he is never too busy for a customer, or to demonstrate his genuine enjoyment towards the company he represents, or the care and compassion towards the people he interacts with. When it came to price as well as our trade in value honda was more than fair then went above and beyond. My husband was in from Iraq for two weeks and they definitely made this a relaxing and pleasurable experience. Me and my husband give this a 5 out of 5. More
