The reason for my rating was because from the moment I walked into the dealership I felt comfortable. I was not pressured by any means and Norman took the time to explain and when we were not sure and we walked into the dealership I felt comfortable. We had taken our time and when we went back the 3rd time and were ready, and everyone was wonderful. We were greeted leike humans instead of poeple racing to the door like vultures to get our sale and they let us look and enjoy our experience of buying a new car. While I would rather have 5 root canals than buy a car, Chuck Gallagher made the experience virtually painless, and really looked out for my needs. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle went I arrived at Coggin Honda, but Chuck showed me several different models, and then explained the "business end" of the value of trading up now vs. later. As I was recently widowed, and not always in my right mind, I feared Coggin might take advantage of my situation. They did not. They were patient, understanding, and didn't try to sell me more of a car than I needed - or could afford. I will definitely go back to Chuck Gallagher and Coggin when I'm in the market for a new - or used Honda. And overall pleasant experience. My only criticism was the wait time to obtain title to the new vehicle (and transfer titles from my trade ins). This has nothing to do with Chuck, the dealership was just incredibly busy the day I purchased. But, the amenities at Coggin Honda were so fabulous, the 3 hour wait wasn't nearly as painful as it could have been. Thanks to everyone who helped me at Coggin Honda of Jacksonville. I LOVE my "new" CR-V, and look forward to many years of driving it! More
