When we had enough information including trade-in value and decided to move forward with the purchase, Alberto was very good at making us comfortable and providing plain answers to our questions. In the finance dept, Jamie Pantling was helpful in explaining all the papers to be signed and gave us optional ways to look at ideas for financing. The back-up camera and lojack were out of stock, but available the next day. We were given a lovely vehicle as a "loner" and came back the next day to pick up our new car - now fully equipped with the options requested. We now enjoy a wonderful new Honda. We would not consider any other brand. More

Xaviera is the best!! I wanted a blue Honda Fit and she found me one. Financing was a breeze, as I got a great rate of .09%. That is almost like "free". The service waiting area is great. They have very comfortable chairs, TV and refreshments to use while you wait for your car to be services. We traded our vehicle on Tuesday for a new 2011 Honda civic. We were still in need of a second vehicle however. Because of price and customer service, we returned on Friday and purchased a 2010 Honda C civic. We were still in need of a second vehicle however. The salesman I worked with was great but the woman I worked with on the financing was terrible. Generally, service is fast and efficient. Prices are pretty good but could be slightly more competitive. They are always helpful and nice on the phone but reception could be a bit friendlier and more organized upon check-out. I only use this Honda dealership for my service because I trust them very much. More
Xavi worked with us for over 6 months trying to find us the best deal for an Odyssey. She and the management team were not the stereotypical car sales persons. She simply offered her assistance with our search and kept us informed of the vehicles that met our criteria. She sent us periodic emails just to touch base and let us know that she was there if we needed her. I received an unbeatable deal from another dealer and called to see what she could do. She and Ron Smith not only met the deal, but beat it. Two hours after that phone call, I drove away from Coggin Honda not only the happy owner of a brand new Odyssey, but happy to have had the opportunity to deal with the best saleswoman ever! If anyone who reads this is in need of an honest salesperson who knows their product, who will let you have the time you need without pestering phone calls, and who wishes the best for you no matter what, then call Xavi and Ron. I started out working with another dealership over the exact vehicle until I had reached an impasse. I contacted Xaviera via email. This all happened on Thursday and my wife and I were at Coggin Saturday. We arrived to find everyone pleasant and cooperative. Xaviera was pleasant, patient, and helpful. Everything was exactly as we had discussed. My wife and I worked with Melvin on our trade-in. He drove a hard bargain for the dealership without being overly aggressive or offensive and was a pleasure to deal with. Jim went over all of our paperwork and our finance and service options. He too was pleasant and never pushy. We had zero of that overly aggressive arrogant bulling that you get so often at dealerships. No funny business or bate and switch stuff. Great Experience. In 2009 I leased a car from Honda of the Avenues. It was a terrible experience. I left feeling unhappy and conned. Coggin Honda mailed me an offer to buy out my lease I went to Coggin the Avenues. It was a terrible experience. I left feeling unhappy and conned.
