We all know that some salesman will start calling you right from the start. Well, I asked Kelly to limit our communication to email for awhile since I would be at work and really can not have calls all the time. He completely understood and I was actually the one to call HIM! I can not emphasize how important it was to me to not feel hasseled when it came to buying a new car. Then, when it came time to really crunch the numbers, he was prepared, thoughtful and more than willing to compromise. He knew what kind of deal I was looking for, and really made an effort to not waste either my time, nor his. I was so excited to be getting my car that when it arrived at 11:45pm, he knew I would be waiting for the news and he emailed me right away. The reason for my rating was because from the moment I walked into the dealership I felt comfortable.
