I called the dealership on a Thursday to see if they had a specific model in stock that I was looking for. After speaking with Xaviera and determining they had what I wanted, I told her exactly what I want a specific model in stock that I was looking for. I went out on Friday, and it was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a new car. The final price was actually a small amount less than I had been quoted, which was a nice surprise. Dealing with Xaviera and Damon Darden, her sales manager, was a very pleasant experience and they both bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and to assure me that if I had any questions, all I had to do was call. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership and these two people in particular. More

Actually went into the dealership to have the oil changed on my 2008 Honda Pilot. During our wait for the car we began looking at the cars in the showroom. The 2011 Pilot caught my eye. Sergiy and Ron worked with us diligently and we finally came up with a great compromise in price. Both fellas were very polite, helpful and worked hard to please us, on a scale of 1 - 10 they are both a 10. After we finished all the paperwork, we were introduced to Dave, the Financial guy. He also explained everything regarding the finances and was very cooperative and helpful to us (also rates a 10). Would recommend Coggin Honda of Jacksonville to my friends and family (which I've already done). Can't forget Mr. Sims either. He is also a super fella to talk to and work with. He also makes a good batch of popcorn! More

My only beef is the finance guy KEPT going on and on and on trying to get me to take the service package. I was tired and my brain was fried at that point and was NOT in the mood!
