This past spring I went to my local dealer looking for a used Honda.The service dept. was always exceptional. I can't say the same for the sales dept. I left disapointed. Our salesperson Rodney and his boss Tony were great!!! Unfortunately, their boss Melvin was extremely rude and unprofessional. We did not want them to suffer for the unprofessional actions and lack of customer service skills of Melvin. It would not be fair to Rodney and or Tony who worked so hard to earn our business. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Rodney or Tony as long as we don't get Melvin involved. More
