After a recent visit to a local jeep dealership where I encountered high pressure, arrogance & manipulative sales tactics (typical stuff), my trip to Coggin Honda today was absolutely refreshing. Both of these gentlemen were extremely patient, attentive, informative without the slightest hint of condiscension. All my concerns were addressed and I never felt like there was any time constraint. I got a tour of the service dept which is open 7 days a week and offers a "theater room" w/complimentary refreshment. A completely positive experience for an extremely high quality product. More

I wasn't to sure about the price, but after I talked with her about the price range she worked everything out so that I could leave with the car that fitted my needs and my personality. They even treated me to lunch while i was there waiting on the car to be detailed. So I ended up leaving the lot with more space by going from a Honda Accord to a Honda Pilot. Also with a clean vehicle and with full belly's for my son and myself. More

During the time your vehicle is in service, your contact person will call you with updates and/or notifications of other repairs you may or will need. Those are noted for you and a price given. I purchased my Honda Odyssey from them and I definitely trust their service after the sale! I did not rate the price today because my visit was for a recall so there was no price involved to me.
