Gino and Nicole in Sales, Jamie too (and other more senior staff), accommodated my situation, offered me a fair price, and were even able to secure financing at a lower rate than I expected. Mark, Kelly and Todd in Service also went above and beyond on my behalf, taking a seemingly difficult situation and turning it into a visit of around an hour. Mark also stayed late to install the cargo area cover on my new Fit Sport and make a few other adjustments, so I could leave with the car in a completed condition. My experience with this dealer, on an entry-level vehicle, rivaled and in some cases exceeded that which I experienced at Lexus in 2006, when I purchased a SC 430 valued at nearly $70,000. We've never had any issues and know we can feel confident in our purchase at this dealership. We also have our vehicles serviced at this dealership which has worked out great. We did purchase the complete servicing package with one of the vehicles and would not recommend it. The staff is not as friendly / helpful when you've already paid for the work - more hoops to jump through since they already have your business and money. More
