Even after we signed the contract she spent several hours with us explaining the van controls and even brought the van to the location we wanted;truly a gem of a salesperson any customer would love to get.We also received two follow-up calls from her to make sure the van is running fine. We also had a very pleasant experience with the finance person(matched the best interest rate that we got from our bank) as well as the manager.
