The experience we had fro start to finish was excellent. Nicole Williams was our Sales Consultant, and she met every expectation we could've possibly had. She wasn't pushy at all! She knew the answers to our questions on the cars, so that made us very comfortable. We told her what we wanted, and she pulled the vehicles around that had the options we were looking for. She did her job so well that we ended up purchasing new instead of used. That's a good salesperson! The manager of the dealership came over to us and introduced himself proactively, which is very professional. After we decided on the new 2011 Honda CRV EX, it didn't take very long for the entire purchasing process. We really enjoyed working with the Finance Manager Rodgers Mukupo. He made us laugh, and got us a great interest rate. I really wanted to add that this dealership beats the others I mentioned hands down on customer service! If you like someone, you will buy from them.
