I called to see if I needed an appt to have an alignment. They said "no, just come on in." Upon arriving they told me that there was no way to get an alignment because they were booked all day. I told them I was just told on the phone to bring it in now and even made arrangements to have a friend follow me there so I wouldn't have to wait around all day and could run some errands. They said there was nothing they could do and just walked away. I waited around for another 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone else. Finally I talked to another person who was also rude. However because I was persistent they finally agreed to do the service but were obviously angry about having to do more work and possibly stay later. In the end, the work was done but the customer service was horrible and it gave a vey negative lasting impression. More

Matthew was very attentive and kept me informed as to how long it would be till my van was ready. I will never buy a car from Coggin again!!!!!!!!! Do not shop here unless you want to be lied to and charged for warranties that you told them you didn't want. The customer service is horrible at least when it comes to the used car and finance department. I talked to "managers" in both departments about my issues and the horrible customer service and they said they would check into my concerns and how to fix them and call me back. Needless to say I had to drive the 40+ miles to Coggin multiple times to try to get the issues fixed. It took forever and none of the so called managers seemed to care about the way I was treated. Here I am a month after purchasing a car and still haven't gotten everything straightened out. If they want to stay in business they might want to have their staff trained on proper customer service! So I figured a request through Coggin's website might get me in touch with a more pleasant rep who might answer questions, and assist me with pictures. Guess who again?! George. His reply: "i do not have no more pick at the moment but i will tray to get with my camera and sen them to you .do not knoe about the a 2004 accident.but it is fix and car runs exelent ." I'm not giving my business to a "Sales and Leaase Consultant" that I probably won't understand. An internet sales rep might be a better idea to grab sales. Especially one who can answer questions, and write legibly. More
I had a great experience buying a 2008 Odyssey EXL. I knew what I wanted, they had it and we were able to negotiate a deal in a few hours. This included getting a fair price for my trade-in vehicle. We settled on the Kelley Blue Book fair condition value which is what I hoped to get from a dealer. I could have done better if I sold it privately but the ease and speed compensated for it. Ibrahim was attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle and made a normally uncomfortable experience tolerable (i.e. no high pressure tactics). There were a few things wrong with the car cosmetically and Ron, the manager was instrumental in ensuring the defects were fixed so we would be comfortable assuming ownership of the car. In addition, their finance manager Rogers was also extremely knowledgeable and made the process easy. I'd go there again. Let's just hope the Odyssey turns out to be the reliable, dependable car it is advertised to be. More

I was in the market for a late model car, and Xavierra Williams was recommended to me by a coworker who bought new from her a couple years ago. Ms. Williams typically works with the new car sales, but helped me because I was a referral. I can see why Ms. Williams was referred to me. This was my first time buying a car from a reputable dealer. Ms. Williams was extremely patient with me, exceedingly helpful, and I could tell, genuinely invested in finding me the right car, at the right price. She steered me into the right vehicle, making sure it fit my lifestyle, my needs, and my budget. And she did so while always making the entire experience fun and as free of anxiety on my part as possible. I ended up buying a 2008 Corrolla from the Coggin Toyota, but Xavierra transferred it to the Honda dealership for me to save myself the time and cost of getting over there. She even offered to pick me up herself when I was ready to come out and do some test-driving. I have good feelings about the dealership itself. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and the employees make sure that you are comfortable while waiting for different phases of the car-buying process. There's a small movie theater, food and beverage options and sitting areas to occupy your time. I will always recommend Xavierra Williams and Coggin Honda to anyone I meet who needs to buy a car.
