I just purchased my brand new 2013 Honda Civic in December and the entire experience surpassed my expectations, which being the demanding consumer that I am, it is something nearly impossible to acco December and the entire experience surpassed my expectations, which being the demanding consumer that I am, it is something nearly impossible to accomplish. I had the first service appointment for my vehicle yesterday and again, the experience was beyond what anyone could expect from a Service Center. My Service Advisor is MIKE HERNANDEZ. Mr. Hernandez loves what he does and it shows. The level of professionalism, knowledge, integrity and commitment portrayed by Mike is impressive. He is a wealth of information and goes above and beyond to assure that his customers receive the utmost attention from the moment you walk through the door, while you wait, and at checkout. He made us feel at home. Took very good care of us and made sure we didn't need anything while we waited. Once our car was ready (and perfectly washed), he again, explained all the particulars to us and gave us a brief orientation as to what to expect and how we should keep up with the required maintenance on the vehicle so it will render the best performance. For the first time, when I was asked if I had any questions I was actually able to say no. He covered all the bases and delivered 200% customer satisfaction. Simply put, he is the BEST. Coggin Honda is lucky to have such great employee as part of their staff and they should be heavily rewarded for his hard work. I have already started recommending the dealership and specifically Gino Paunetto & Mike Hernandez to all my friends, family and colleagues. You have a dream team in your hands and they would be an asset to any employer lucky enough to have them. I hope Coggin Honda is a company that not only recognizes that but also rewards accordingly. I've been servicing my 2005 minivan since it was purchased new at this dealership. Jim B. is a great service person and very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I used to work on my own cars until they got too complicated with all the sensors, but I still know enough to know when I'm not being told the truth. This has happened at another Honda dealership near the Avenues, but never from Jim at Coggin. DJ, the mechanic gets to the bottom of the problem and doesn't make stuff up -- something else that I've had happen elsewhere. I can highly recommend Jim B in service and the overall experience at Coggin Honda. The only complaint is that they don't always have the needed parts when fixing the older the vans and of course, nothings cheap, but they are certainly competitive with other dealerships. Their shuttle service has been good and helpful. More
