This has happened at another Honda dealership near the Avenues, but never from Jim at Coggin. DJ, the mechanic gets to the bottom of the problem and doesn't make stuff up -- something else that I've had happen elsewhere. I can highly recommend Jim B in service and the overall experience at Coggin Honda. The only complaint is that they don't always have the needed parts when fixing the older the vans and of course, nothings cheap, but they are certainly competitive with other dealerships. Their shuttle service has been good and helpful. More
